Republicans reached a new lopw by cheering racist Viktor Orbán who was keynote speaker at the CPAC convention in Texas. Here is a quote from him earlier in the month published in the Guardian:

But it did posit that if some cohesive group of people did establish themselves someplace legally and without harming anyone else, would they then have a right to maintain those cohesive parameters that define their community? Should people have such rights? Try to analyze and answer the question within your own belief system, and avoid your usual habit of diverting by putting wrong words in other people’s mouths.
From my studies and experience, it is people who deny such rights today who are the actual authoritarians and autocrats who demand to control every aspect of other people’s lives. I’m sure you have sensed none of this.LikeLike
