   Oh, look – the CA govt doesn’t like it’s own laws.
   Contractors were told to shut up and stop whining about CEQA. Now it seems CEQA is a big problem but only ‘favored’ projects are exempt.

   We ‘need’ this because we have to get people out of their cars.
   Ya mean like govt officials and members of the legislature?
   No, no – those are important people – we mean you proles. We need to get you out of your cars.
   And we shouldn’t be bothered with tiresome laws for our projects that are clearly all a matter of doing the Lord’s work.
