   There is no evidence that Trump cheated any donors or that a crime was committed, even if the money did wind up in the Save America PAC. What we’re hearing here again is the old leftwing shibboleth that their accusations are evidence of guilt.
   And it’s a mystery why a prima facie assessment of ignorance is bestowed on any citizen who contributes in good faith to a politician’s war chest. Perhaps it has to do with the assessor’s TDS – any contribution to Trump is on its face dumb. Top notch reasoning.

   I’m sure there are 2 or 3 women doing just that. Perhaps Miles could give us an actual example of such a person so we could examine her life and look at the many, many poor decisions that poor woman made to end up in such a rut.
   Miles, of course, would love to personally help the wretched gal, but his priorities are mindlessly bashing those he doesn’t like, posting virtue-signalling horse shit and boosting the left-wing policies that drive the cost of living out of reach for the very folks he claims he feels badly about.
   Maybe when Mile’s fabricated Dickens-type waif gets her mind straight and buys a Tesla, she then wouldn’t have to worry about the price of fuel getting around to all those places she works.

It comes, no doubt, as a surprise that businesses are forced to treat labor as a business cost to be minimized, and not as welfare contribution to workers for unearned value. Were that not the case that business people have handled successfully at least since the Industrial Revolution, all those labor-saving devices would not have been invented and produced. And we all would still be hauling our meager stuff in donkey carts, if that. And if businesses could not eliminate excessive wages as a matter of course, you could tell that working mother with three minimum wage jobs to kiss a couple of them good-bye.
   BTW, are you also one of those who believes a minimum wage should be a ‘living wage’ instead of the first step up the economic ladder for unskilled workers? I may be wrong, but you talk like one of those progressive economists of the Warren/Sanders school who learned nothing in Econ 101.

    George here’s a start. I did google ‘Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation Program’.” as you suggested and this is what I got
    “To qualify for PUA benefits, you must not be eligible for regular unemployment benefits and be unemployed, partially unemployed, or unable or unavailable to work because of certain health or economic consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic.
    The PUA program provides up to 39 weeks of benefits, which are available retroactively starting with weeks of unemployment beginning on or after January 27, 2020, and ending on or before December 31, 2020.”
    Of course that was while Trump was President so he signed the bill before Jan 27 2020. He later extended the bill
    “Late on December 27 and nearly a week after being passed by Congress, President Trump finally signed the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 (the Act) into law. In addition to funding the federal government through the end of September 2021, the Act also allocates $900 billion to COVID-19 relief. Employers will find at least two provisions of the Act particularly interesting: an extension of federal unemployment insurance benefits assistance and tax credits for COVID-19-related leave (but no corresponding mandate to provide COVID-19-related leave).”
    So the program you linked me to was originated and extended by Trump not Biden.
