[I’m interested in how our liberal readers contort themselves to overlook the disastrous first year of the Biden administration – mostly by regurgitating their ongoing TDS affliction. Never mind 'this is now', keep your eye on 'that was then'. The recent AP/NORC poll puts the whole thing into a perspective that should be of interest to our liberal poll watchers. gjr]

You pulled the line out of your 6:12 that said ” It was clear that most of these votes were not legitimate” and you used the gateway pundit link as a source. Trouble is the Courts didn’t say that. Can you show me the exact quote from the source, not Gateway Pundit.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – A senior member of the U.S. team negotiating with Iran has left the role amid a report of differences of opinion on the way forward, as the urgency to salvage the 2015 Iran nuclear deal intensifies.
A State Department official confirmed on Monday that Richard Nephew, U.S. Deputy Special Envoy for Iran, is no longer on the negotiating team, but was still a State Department employee. The official did not give a reason for the change but said personnel moves were ‘very common’ a year into an administration.
The Wall Street Journal earlier reported that Nephew left after differences of opinion within the U.S. negotiating team on Iran. The paper said he had advocated a tougher posture in the current negotiations.

You know, I think they actually believe this.
Of course journalism is a mouthpiece for power, it’s just that there’s always more than one warring camp.

True that. One man and his Twitter machine could tweet something mean at 3:30 am and get the Lefty media all wiped into a stark raving frenzy for a couple of days….and the headline the day before got pushed to the side….meaning as they were melting down, Trump blow that headline off the front pages and got some things done.
He is the Man when it comes to keeping all the focus on himself. One of a kind. Whether it is pure political genius or just a combative nature, or just a big showman or combinations with Barman and Bailey references……. folks will write serious books about in 15 years from now.
Today we are in it! We are living through this unsettled period. ‘And you were there.’
———-
One man got his Twitter machine confiscated. With no 3:00 am mean tweets to lead the news off every day, the focus has turned to Biden in a search to fill the void. History may also judge the decision to take away the Twitter Machine from Orange Man turned out to be a catastrophe error.
Just imagine how much better Biden would be doing in the polls if all the focus was on Trump’s tweets. One of a kind for sure…..with one arm tied behind his back just to make it fair.

However, there does seem to be something going on at school board meetings across the fruited plains where the policies of vaxxing/N95ing primary and middle school children AND what the malarkey is being taught to the same said children. Two rivers meet at the confluence. The two are under the umbrella of ‘who is public ed’s client?
That answer to that question is being played out as we speak. Who is the school’s client? Some foolish toothless hillbillies think they actually have a say in their chilluns health, school learning, and welfare. So, there is some crossover going down when adding chillun to the mix. The matrix is not perfect.

BillT 1244pm – This probably belongs under its own topic Mr Tozer, but I’d like to draw attention to the ‘who is public ed’s client?’ topic. History teaches us that in the US as in other European countries during the 19th century, their publics and their governments began realizing the benefits of an educated populace. In the US government funded public schools became universal in the latter part of the 1800s with the clear proviso that public ed’s client was the country’s citizenry or general public, because it was they who paid for the public schools and supposedly benefitted from a more educated workforce that the schools graduated. This attitude became calcified as the 20th century matured even though local school boards hired/fired staff and approved curricula. Today we add the Left’s hubris that the common man is not qualified to weigh in on their kids’ education, as with other laws, regs, codes coming from on high, education (most certainly the curriculum) should also be left to the elitist experts.

Another soros drone DA is being sued and recalled –
Elderly man with PTSD from SF Chinatown baseball bat attack sues DA Chesa Boudin for mishandling his case
The San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, however, refused to prosecute either the father or son with hate crime enhancements and agreed to a lenient plea deal with Tanner Sr., who pled guilty to a misdemeanor battery charge for no jail time and only a year of probation — all without Lê’s knowledge.
In addition to failing to notify Lê of plea deal discussions, the District Attorney’s Office allegedly also failed to provide him a chance to enter a victim impact statement during the proceedings. Consequently, no such statement was read at the plea deal hearing.
Additionally, the office allegedly refused to correct a Criminal Protective Order (CPO) that omitted Lê’s last name — identifying him only as “Anh L” — and misstated his age. Such errors led to Lê doubt the enforceability of the order.
Lê spent months trying to correct the CPO, but his requests have fallen on deaf ears, according to him. Even after retaining pro bono counsel, the District Attorney’s Office allegedly continued to ignore him, even telling him at one point that he had no right to be at hearings.
Lê, who is represented by King & Spalding LLP — a member of the Alliance for Asian American Justice — is now suing the District Attorney’s Office under the Fourteenth Amendment. He is accusing the office of applying procedures that resulted in discriminatory effects on Asian Americans and creating practices that deny victims adequate due process protections.

Creepy grampa joe pushed over the first domino crushing US energy production and handing the hammer to vlad, too many are not watching the larger plays –
Taking a bird’s eye view, the lack of additional Russian natural gas supplies to Turkey, combined with the Iranian technical issues, which came shortly after Russian president Putin met with Iran’s leaders in Moscow, could be playing a larger role than many analysts may think. Hitting Turkey, or at least putting Ankara in a difficult position, might be part of the greater strategy of the Moscow-Tehran tandem. Bringing Turkey to a part standstill is also a major setback to any Turkey-NATO support for Ukraine in the coming weeks.
Turkish traders are being quoted saying that Turkish company BOTAS has issued a gas curtailment order to domestic gas power plants. Turkish power plants will only be receiving around 60% of the contracted volumes.
Turkey’s president Erdogan has not only been pushing for a central role in the Russia-Ukraine conflict, which is currently reaching boiling point. Erdogan has also been very opportunistic in his approach, on one side trying to be a mediator between Kiev and Moscow, while at the same time becoming one of Ukraine’s main arms suppliers. Moscow will not be looking at this without anger, as Turkish drones have been deployed before against Russian military actors, for example in the Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict. Turkey is also pushing for a strong position inside of Syria, confronting Russia and Iran-Hezbollah-IRGC forces on several occasions.

re Breyer’s retirement. I’m making no predictions but this would be the perfect opportunity to be rid of Kamala as veep. As a SCOTUS justice she really wouldn’t have to do anything but vote the party line and keep out of sight. And the powers-that-be would now be able to install a new veep who would be palatable to the US public as a very needed replacement for the quickly failing Biden.
Stay tuned.

MSNBC? Figures. News busters just follows Government TV and reports on what they report. NPR did no better with their story on Justice G refusing to don a face diaper in the chambers. Had no idea how old and sickly the diabetic associate justice Sonia was.
Well, she could lose a few pounds. Overweight folks have a 40% higher chance of kissing the farm goodbye than…er…..say people with a more of the average Body Mass Index. But to point that our is probably not proper to say…especially considering our nation is going through an obesity crisis….a true National Security concern. My Young says he has 6 million followers on Spotify per month. Fox News’ best show draws close to 3 million a night. Joe Rogan draws over 8 million per day, often more.
Neil Young: 6 million/month
Joe Rogan: minimum of 176 million/month.
What to do, oh what to do?

This is a man who doesn’t give a shit about the US Constitution. Nice. It really doesn’t take much for the heavily Blue bureaucracy to show it’s stuff. The genius move is to allow communications monopolies and then to use those monopolies to impose policy.
