[Sparse postings are due to our being on travel now.  We'll report on that later.  Am still planning to compile a growing list of liberal/progressive public policies, initiatives, laws, regulations, taxes, tributes, fees, … that should demonstrate to all but the most mentally deficient that Democrats and their various auxiliaries (e.g. BLM, Antifa) are hell-bent on making America into a neo-Marxist state.  It was quite a revelation that their grassroots constituents have no idea of this, and, instead, take umbrage at anyone suggesting such as being a rightwing conspiracy theorist.  To them, no one is a Marxist, save they wear their hammer & sickle sweater in public.  gjr]

Go Woke go broke and these guys deserve this level of spectacular failure for the damage they are doing –
In delayed fast national results just released by Nielsen, the 93rd Academy Awards were watched by a mere 9.85 million, with a dismal rating of 1.9 among the 18-49 demographic.
That is an all-time low for Hollywood’s biggest night — by a huge margin.
In fact, it is a drop of about 58% in terms of audience from what the previous low of the 2020 Oscars snared on February 9 last year. In terms of the key demo, the 2021 Oscars is down a crushing 64.2% in the earlier ratings from the 2020 Oscars.

Only the far left and the far left media just cannot wrap their heads around the idea that they are peddling what folks don’t want to buy. Grammy’s, Oscars, sports…..you name it. Everything the Left touches turned to crap. Stinky crap. Ugly crap.
From anti-vover ID and anti-voter integrity to the border crisis, to packing the Supreme Court, to releasing murders and rapists back on the street (revolving door) to making DC a state (the convention of the states can, not the House, Nancy, or Senate by themselves) to Marxism to just about everything they hold dear. It’s shocking, I tell ya, shocking that the American people are pushing back against their Exalted Lords and Overseers and do not recognize the genius of actors and those who write books on CRT and get paid handsomely for their most revered and sacred garbage looney ideas.

CIRCLING BACK: Kamala-Gate: The White House Responds to Growing Scandal Over Giving Away VP’s Book to Illegal Aliens.

Joe Biden is going after “many.sectors, including the industrial sector.”
The industrial sector??? Well, say goodbye to the Industrial Revolution that brought more people worldwide out of poverty and made it so people like us could one day travel on a jet liner, something once only the rich could afford, exactly like the working poor could only dream of what the select few had….a refrigerator. The ice boxes have been replaced by the Cole Coolers, Heck, I bought myself a spanking new refrigerator a few years ago. First new one I ever bought, since folks sell good used ones on the cheap around here. Come and get it, we are remolding the kitchen and this three year old frig will have to go. :). Buying a refrigerator was like the rich buying a private jet before the industrial sector.
It’s all because of Marx. The government must own many sectors. Disguise it under going green.
WHY WIND AND SOLAR ENERGY ARE DOOMED TO FAILURE
Wind and solar energy are both essentially obsolete technologies. There is a reason why only the very rich or the very adventurous sail across oceans: the wind is unreliable, and at best produces relatively little energy. Nevertheless, liberals have concocted fantasies whereby all of our electricity, or perhaps our entire economy, will be powered by those fickle sources.

Barry 7:20 AM (no doubt after the 3rd cup of coffee hit home) ” the unhinged propagandist arm of the new communist/democrat party.”—LOL
In the category or “speaking of the unhinged propagandist arm of the Republican Party”. The New York Post, known fo numerous failed fact checks when publishing articles, has failed yet another one.
The paper published an article that falsely claimed that copies of Vice President Kamala Harris’ book were being included in “welcome kits” given to migrant children at a shelter in Long Beach. The reporter who wrote the article, Laura Italiano, claims she was ordered to write the story and has since resigned. The Post later corrected the story reporting that ONE COPY of Harris’ book had been donated to a book drive held by the Long Beach Migrant Center Library and would not be handed out to migrant children in welcome kits.
The New York Post’s claim that copies of the Harris book were being placed in shelter “welcome kits” was repeated or shared by multiple Republican elected officials, echoed by other right-wing news outlets, and used as the basis of a Fox News reporter’s question at Monday’s White House press briefing.

    It’s nothing new.
But now we know for a fact that people in the highest positions of trust have openly violated the law and no one is even trying to bring them to justice.
Now that we have started down that road, we join all the other 3rd world corrupt shit-holes into a descent that ends in anarchy and violence.

Women and POC will suffer the most.

More good things happening under Biden. They’re scooping out the scum:
“Federal authorities executed a search warrant at Rudy Giuliani’s apartment and seized his electronic devices.
Three sources with knowledge of the matter told the New York Times that investigators in Manhattan searched the Upper West Side apartment Wednesday as part of a criminal investigation into Donald Trump’s personal attorney’s dealings in Ukraine, which resulted in the former president’s first impeachment.
Investigators are primarily interested in whether the former New York City mayor illegally lobbied the Trump administration in 2019 on behalf of Ukrainian officials and oligarchs who were helping Giuliani dig up damaging information against the former president’s political rivals, including now-President Joe Biden.
The U.S. Attorney’s office in Manhattan and the FBI had long sought a search warrant for Giuliani’s phones, but were blocked by senior political appointees in Trump’s Justice Department.”

    Quotes
Insight: “If we don’t believe in freedom of expression for people we despise, we don’t believe in it at all.” —Virginia Woolf (1882-1941)
Perspective: “For a would-be FDR, Biden doesn’t seem to understand that a fundamental source of the New Dealer’s power was enormous congressional majorities. FDR came into office in 1932 with almost a 200-seat majority in the House, 313-117, after Republicans lost more than 100 seats. … In the Senate, FDR had 58 Democrats, as Republicans lost 12 seats in 1932 in one of the worst senatorial drubbings in history. … With his legislative margin of error so thin, it’s unlikely that Biden will get his way on much besides spending and taxes. Almost all of his sweeping proposals, from federalizing elections to making D.C. a state, will fall by the wayside. More to the point, it’s wrong for Biden to attempt force through such radical measures when his mandate for them exists only in his ridiculously inflated self-image.” —Rich Lowry
Food for thought: “Former Secretary of State John Kerry is under fire after a New York Times report suggesting that he leaked intelligence about Israel’s counterterrorism activities to Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif. … Kerry denied the allegations, labeling the New York Times report as ‘unequivocally false.’ But it wouldn’t be the first time that Kerry has had questionable communications with the Iranians. Here’s the bottom line: Someone is lying. If it’s Zarif, how can we trust anything he has to say in the nuclear negotiations?” —Gary Bauer
Observations: “In the end, evidence for systemic racism is utterly unnecessary. Systemic racism requires no evidence of intent, either individual or systemic. It requires only evidence of disparate outcome by race. … Systemic racism is a fundamentalist religious belief. It posits original sin; it posits saints and prophets; it posits its own malevolent god of the gaps. Most of all, it persecutes heretics in the name of a supposedly higher good. To be saved is to declare fealty to radical racial polarization; to be damned is to deny such fealty.” —Ben Shapiro
Re: political theater: “When we look at this administration, the way they’ve treated this whole thing has amounted to a huge amount of theater, as opposed to actual science. When the president comes out with a mask over, and over, and over again, he sends the message implicitly that if you get vaccinated, nothing will change.” —Ben Domenech
Yep: “Dr. Anthony Fauci, the moment he came out last year and said that we needed to shut down schools, he should have been fired.” —Ben Domenech
Non compos mentis: “The proportion of seniors who have been vaccinated is essentially equal between white and seniors of color. I said from the beginning that we we’re going to fight this virus with equity.” —Joe Biden
Straight from the horse’s mouth: “Hate crimes are crimes where there’s an explicit motive and of bias. We don’t have any evidence that Derek Chauvin factored in George Floyd’s race as he did what he did.” —Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison
And last… “Instead of [complaining] about the unfairness of losing a congressional seat, I dunno, maybe start thinking about why residents are fleeing your state like it’s on fire.” —David Burge
