Impeachment managers led by Rep. Raskin charged that following the Capitol storming on January 6, Trump called Senator Mike Lee by accident when he really meant to speak to Alabama Senator Tommy Tuberville.
Impeachment manager David Cicilline said “He dialed Senator Lee by accident, and Senator Lee describes it that he had just ended a prayer in the Senate chamber.”
Cicilline then charged that Trump asked Tuberville to “make further objections” to Biden’s election vote count, while Senator Lee “stood by.”

Can’t find the “denigration” in Carano’s post? Progressives find it because Carano is on the wrong side politically speaking, and while words are slippery things of myriad meanings, being on the wrong side and saying something in defense of that side is wrong. Therefore, Carano’s comments must be denigrating or racist or some other nasty thing. You may not think it’s that simple, but for millions of thoughtless Americans on the left, it is.
It doesn’t matter that Disney is a hypocrite for allowing Carano’s liberal co-star to post photos comparing American-Mexico border detentions to Nazi concentration camps. Nor does it matter that Disney turned a blind eye when another of their employees posted a cartoon of abloody woodchipper with the words: “MAGAkids go screaming, hats first, into the woodchipper.” Disney will get away with the Carano firing, and in a week the incident will be forgotten, yet another sign of the fact that we are losing.
We are losing because our side assumes that reason can prevail when it comes to the confrontation of ideas. It can—but only when both sides are committed to reason. It’s useless to attempt to reason when the opposition is doggedly irrational. You will always lose an argument with someone who insists that two plus two equals five just as easily as it equals four, and meanwhile you will have wasted both time and energy.

Article after article, even on Raw Sewage, says the same things about opening up schools now. The CDC says so, the science says so, and everybody but the teachers unions says so. We have know since before March 24 (the date Gov. Cuomo ordered the hospitalized elderly recovering from C-19 Into nursing homes to make room in the hospitals) that C-19 particularly zeroes on our senior citizens. The most vulnerable seniors can’t handle/survive C-19 and children can handle the Wuhan Flu just fine.
So, what does Cuomo do?? He opens up nursing homes and assisted facilities to those who are carriers of death and closes down the schools. 15,000 dead in NY nursing homes, maybe one under 17 years old. Idiots.

My point? The teachers union of Fairfax County, the largest public school system in Virginia, demanded that all teachers be vaccinated Before returning to the classroom. So, the teachers got put at the head of the line, got vaccinated, and now refuse to back to the classroom. Fuck those low information “teachers”. Teaching how to break their word if nothing else.
Other school districts like Chicago have threatened strikes if they have to do their job classification, So, now students can go sit in the classrooms again, but the teachers continue to sit at home instructing the whole class via TV monitors from afar. Liars. And they won’t miss a paycheck, but demand their Stimulus checks. Sickos. BTW, the Democrat Stimulus Bill includes 500 million (half a billion dollars) for schools and education. That is one big money pit
Bottomline: most, by now, can see the song and dance. The science says reopen the schools because our students are suffering academically, physically, socially, emotionally, and irreparable psychological harm has been forced upon them by Blue State Governors bending a knee to the despicable Teachers Unions. Well, well, well – “The end of snow!”
By Sunday night, our son in Seattle, our daughter in Texas and us’ens in Ideeho all have 4-5″ of snow. I think Seattle will get rain this week but Texas is getting rolling blackouts. It’s currently around zero in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Why the rolling blackouts?
Even though here’s plenty of wind, the wind machines are all frozen up!
Boy howdy, them Greenie Weenies have it all figured out, don’t they? And the Dems want to spent trillions on more of the same. It does lower carbon emissions when you simply have no power production. Why trillions are needed to purchase this lunacy is beyond me.
