Or does it attempt to settle the case and in the future not attempt to clarify its decisions?
The final option might best serve Twitter’s interests in the long run — both as a business desperate to keep Section 230 out of the spotlight, and as a Biden backer desirous of burying bad press for the would-be president.”

Since this article covers all things Big Tech Bro and censorship, I will put it here. They certainly are going after those strong intelligent articulate fact packed women at the Federalist. And all this time I thought it was my antique I-Pad that was the reason for not being able to connect with my favorite sites, or being able to read an good article and then not being able to find the same article 2-3 hours later. Not even if one Goggle searched the article’s headline. Vanished. Poof, gone. Mystery solved. My bookmarks have been throttled down, down, down….as well as a reasonable explanation for why the Lefties remain so ‘not knowing’ on matters of import discussed here. Not knowing is an unoffensive definition of ‘ignorance’.
