As I said before the election…the investigations into Hunter Biden will continue, even with Joe as Prez. When enough comes out that covers up Hunter and starts to point towards Joe, the top Dems will “suggest” to Joe that resign. He will and rides off into the sunset with the money and his reputation intact. Kamala becomes Prez, pardons Joe and Hunter “so as to not put the family through more emotional stress after Hunter’s history, Beau’s death, the death of the first wife, etc. And viola!!!….Joe is out of the way after serving his purpose of being a mainstrean, moderate Democrat people would vote for and the progressive wing takes over with Kamala at the helm.

Show 1016am – Many of us predicted long ago that Bumblebrain would not serve out his term for a number of conveniently fabricated reasons. You have added a new one based on the apparent criminality of son Hunter. But it will still be most interesting to see how ol’ Joe escapes being included with son Hunter and brother Jim, since he is “Big Guy” of record as the head of the longtime corrupt family of grifters.

Why would Biden want to take credit for our crashed economy under Trump and his utter failure to manage the Covid crisis? Don’t talk Warp Speed, Britain beat us to the punch or shot with the Pfizer vaccine. We now have over 3000 deaths a day under Trump. That’s more than 9/11 every day.
It’s very consistent with exiting Repubs to burn the house down and leave a wreck behind. Look at Hoover, Nixon/Agnew (massive corruption), Bush 2 and now Trump as prime examples.

Swalwell,, And before that Dian Finestign.
Fang Fang, also known as Christine Fang, embedded herself in Bay Area politics and slept with two Midwestern mayors as part of a yearslong Chinese intelligence campaign, according to an Axios investigation.
She also fundraised for Reps. Eric Swalwell and Tulsi Gabbard, both of whom ran in the 2020 Democratic presidential primary, Axios said.
According to the outlet, Fang returned to China in mid-2015 amid an FBI investigation into her activities. She has not returned to the US since.
Fang’s story shows the lengths that Beijing goes to influence American politics — getting cozy with politicians early on in their careers so it can influence them later on.

Spies are everywhere,
“FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — A Chinese businesswoman who unlawfully made her way into President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort earlier this year with a purse full of electronics was sentenced on Monday to eight months in prison.
Because Yujing Zhang, 33, has already been in custody for more than seven months, since March 30, she could be out in a matter of days. Judge Roy K. Altman of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida ordered her deported upon her release.
Prosecutors had asked for an 18-month sentence for Ms. Zhang, who was convicted of trespassing and lying to federal agents in September. The short trial failed to make clear whether Ms. Zhang was a befuddled tourist or a foreign spy.
“I come to meet the president and his family, just to make friends,” Ms. Zhang said on Monday.
The judge scolded Ms. Zhang for lying to the government and changing her story after she suggested on Monday that Mr. Trump had somehow invited her to his property. Her trespassing offense was analogous to breaking into a government installation such as a military facility, Judge Altman said: “It is a serious offense.”
Ms. Zhang, a financial consultant from Shanghai, was never charged with espionage. She carried a Faraday bag, which blocks electromagnetic signals. Inside were four cellphones, a computer and an external hard drive. In her room at a different Palm Beach hotel, the authorities found nine flash drives, five cellphone SIM cards, a device used to detect hidden cameras and about $8,000 in cash.”

Walt 4:43 – The ‘big, bold changes’ will be almost all BS PR stunts to create headlines about ‘actions’ that won’t do diddly to address the problems they are supposed to alleviate. ‘Gun violence’ has never been a problem for the Dems. They love it. In the Dem controlled cities the murder rate is horrendous and the Dems get even more lenient with the known perps. They just want to use the ‘gun violence’ as a way to piss off conservatives with new taxes on ammo and existing firearms that will fall on guess who? Not the law-less thugs that actually commit the gun violence.
It’s the same with ‘climate change’. Nothing but a total BS excuse to raise taxes and enable certain large corps to get rid of pesky competition. And the large corps are very, very generous with their ‘donations’ to the Dems and Rs that push this crap.

re D 152pm – What this exemplar of liberal intellect overlooks about the Zhang case is that she was caught immediately on the eve of her entering Mar a Lago. This indicates some adroit police/counter espionage work going on under Trump. Opposing this accomplishment are Dems being fooled for years by foreign spies in their midst and between their sheets.
But this is one nuance too far for a leftist to grasp.

This one is my favorite. It makes a novel argument about article IV section 4 of the constitution in connection with the guarantee clause. The article 4 section 4 argument runs as follows: elections when illegal votes are counted violates the fundamental principles of a republican form of government because the Constitution guarantees that the United States shall guarantee a republican form of government in each state and the election for president that is conducted outside the scope of article 2 section 1 of the constitution is illegal and in violation of article 4 section four. Basically one state violating Article 2 section 1 of the constitution created a problem with article 4 section 4 of the constitution.
Crazy but very educational. I have no idea what the Supreme Court does with this mess. And it truly is a mess.

BarryP 549pm – don’t the states have an argument for being aggrieved by the federally unconstitutional and/or purposive violation of state election laws that may/will foster an outcome of that state’s election which on the federal level then illegally weighs against the legitimate voters of the aggrieved state? That is plenty of evidence for ‘suffering harm’ that supports the plaintiff state’s standing with SCOTUS. What am I missing here?

What you are saying is that any State can offer unverified complaints against another State to nullify their voters preferences in a Presidential election. So far no verified evidence has emerged that there were significant numbers of votes changed or added that gave those four States to Biden. Some insignificant anecdotal examples, as you like to put it when we discussed gun laws, don’t amount to enough to make a difference.
