Not eliminate per se, but consolidate the intell agencies and….drumroll please for the real kicker….drumroll faster please…have a real audit (for the first time since its inception) of the CIA!!    Boy, the knives were out for General Flynn. It was personal for the Clappers and Brennans and Obamas and Susan Rices of the world. Yeah, and the ‘I’m With Her’ white devils.
   And Judge Sullivan is still stringing Flynn along, even after the District Court sent the case back expecting Sullivan to dismiss the case. I guess it don’t come easy for them. They never let go of anything without claw marks tearing it to shreds.
   Flynn wamted a review of all the alphabet secret decoder ring agencies entrusted with safeguarding us and giving the most accurate accessments possible to the President and honoring our civil liberties.

   It’s continues to amaze that our leftwing commenters don’t even recognize the nationally significant discoveries of malfeasance under Obama, or the voter swaying material lies the Dems tell every day. There is nothing under or from Trump that can come up to those levels. And even more amazing is the comparison of contributing to national debt by Obama, then Trump, and now Biden’s promise to fund the proto-communist Green New Deal with tens of trillions. Nothing but silence. Meanwhile Trump gets the blame for the C19 stimulus that he and Repubs wanted and still want to minimize. This is truly revisionist history and interpretation of current events.

    The Department of Labor’s interim final rule will change the methodology of the way in which the “prevailing wage” is set. The prevailing wage is what the DOL calculates to be the average wage of similarly employed workers in a specific occupation — and employers must pay to H-1B workers to ensure wages of U.S. workers are not undercut.
    “This rule the department is publishing this week is faraway one of the most significant reforms made to the H-1B program in the past 20 years,“ Pizzella said, emphasizing that the rule would still allow employers to use the program to fill gaps, while giving U.S. workers a “fair shake.”
    Meanwhile, a rule from the Department of Homeland Security will narrow the definition of “specialty occupation,” allow the Department of Homeland Security to increase worksite compliance inspections before and after a H-1B petition, and require the petitioner’s employer to make the application directly — a move to stop companies from bringing in H-1B immigrants and then contracting them to other companies.
    As an example of the change to “speciality occupation,” officials said that language that currently defines a speciality occupation as job where a degree might normally be required will be changed to outright require a degree.
