   Let’s see what the fuss is all about. Probably along the lines of when Trump dissed (taunted) Punchy’s beloved Arnold Alois Schwarzenegger for Arnold’s failing numbers when he took over running the Apprentice. It was shocking I tell ya, shocking.
   The morning outrage today is not about Arnold. The morning fuss is:
   ‘Hypocritical Mika Brzezinski Desperately Tries to Censor Trump’
   “And oh yes. Mika’s outrage at the Trump tweet about the death of the Scarborough congressional staffer? She mysteriously seems to forget when someone she knows was laughing about the young aide’s death.
   Here’s the transcript from Don Imus’s old TV taping of his radio show on May 29, 2003. The guest: Joe Scarborough. Imus is giving Joe advice in his new role as an MSNBC TV host. It reads this way:
   IMUS: “Don’t be afraid to be funny, because you are funny. Iasked you why you aren’t in Congress. You said that you had sex with the intern and then you had to kill her.
   SCARBOROUGH: Yeah. (Laughs.) Well, what are you going to do?
   Curiously, with Joe caught right there in the flesh joking about the death of his young staffer, Mika has fallen strangely silent.
   So. The real question here?
   If Mika Brzezinski believes it’s ok to slip into the role of Twitter censor and get the President of the United States banned because she is incensed by his tweets?
   Then it would certainly be reasonable to ask if Mika and Joe should not be banned from television. After all, to sit there on a Comcast MSNBC show and repeatedly suggest the President is mentally ill, has dementia, is a would be homicidal-maniac who wants to blow up the world in a nuclear holocaust, is a sociopath and insane and on and on – isn’t it time to retire them from the airwaves? Let them stay in Florida, take away their television and computers and just let them listen in the quiet to the Rolling Stones sing about what might actually describe their respective televised rantings – their Umpteenth Nervous Breakdown?
   In fact?
   No.
   Mika and Joe may be crazy. Obsessed. Infected with a serious case of Trump Derangement Syndrome. But just as Ted Cruz pointed out that “The media should NOT be asking Silicon Valley billionaires to silence the President of the United States” – neither should anyone be asking television networks to silence commentators they don’t like.
   Don’t ban them. Let Mika and Joe babble on. In fact, what those in the Leftist State Media seem not to understand is that all of this Hate Trump drivel actually backfires badly and helps the President big time. When I am out on the speaking trail I am repeatedly told by Americans that they are making a point of getting Trump re-elected precisely because of the conduct of the media.
   The problem with Mika and her demand that Twitter silence the President is not unlike the problem millions of Americans are experiencing in the midst of the Covid-19 virus with dictatorial lockdown orders from various Democrat governors.
   The real – and revealing – problem here is that, in this case, if one scratches the surface of a liberal like Mika, what one finds underneath is a totalitarian screaming to get out.”

   PaulE is unfamiliar with the legal notion that guilty pleas can be withdrawn either before prosecution or if shown to have been elicited under duress. In Flynn’s case it was both. However to a liberal, under their special legal system, none of this is understandable when such misunderstandings serve their narrative.

The only victory dance required here is by those who understand the legal process itself. It doesn’t appear that you are to be among the dancers.

    Dr. Furgerson signed PPMM’s contract with StemExpress to sell fetal body parts to StemExpress per specimen “determined in the clinic to be usable”, and Dr. Furgerson’s endorsement appears on a StemExpress brochure handed out at National Abortion Federation meetings advertising “fiscal rewards” and “financial profits” to the abortion clinics who provided fetal tissue to StemExpress. When asked if the purpose of the brochure was “to obtain more potential sources of fetal tissue,” Dr. Furgerson testified, “Yes, I understood that that’s what they were trying to do.”
    “The time has come for federal consequences for Planned Parenthood,” Daleiden said in a statement, adding:
    Planned Parenthood lied to the public and to Congress, but now there is no longer any reasonable doubt that Planned Parenthood sold fetal body parts, commodifying living children in the womb and treating pregnant women like a cash crop. The U.S. Department of Justice must escalate the enforcement of laws against fetal trafficking to the highest level of priority.
    From the release of the first CMP video, Planned Parenthood and its media and political allies have adhered to the narrative that the videos of its staff engaged in haggling over the price of aborted baby body parts were “deceptively edited.”

    Judge Edith H. Jones, a Ronald Reagan nominee who wrote for a three-judge panel, rebuked a lower district court, asserting, “The district court stated, inaccurately, that the CMP video had not been authenticated and suggested that it may have been edited.”
    Planned Parenthood has yet to be prosecuted for any of the allegations related to profits from the sales of the body parts of babies aborted in its clinics.
    In June 2019, Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and his predecessor Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), current chairman of the Committee on Finance, wrote to Attorney General William Barr and FBI Director Christopher Wray, seeking an update on the federal investigation that was supposedly launched in 2017 into the allegations raised, in part, through the video documentation by CMP.
    The senators asked Barr and Wray to respond to their inquiry no later than July 2.

    Politico ran a story claiming that Grenell was aiding President Trump’s re-election team, specifically in “fundraising and strategy.” The reporting was cited by “two people familiar with the matter.”
    However, after the story was published, Grenell flatly denied Politico’s reporting.
    “Fake news. Do you even check before writing? What has happened to Washington DC media?!” Grenell reacted to a now-deleted tweet from the Politico reporter who had shared the story.
    Following Grenell’s tweet, Politico updated its report with his response and reiterated that he “hadn’t responded to a request for comment” prior to publication. No editor’s note or correction was made.
