[Autocracy rising, even more. Two California docs dared cross the hallowed political divide of rope-selling capitalists at Google’s YouTube and give a reasoned criticism of California’s C19 lockdown diktat. It made it on to YouTube, and then was promptly taken down by its corporatist toadies. They used to say Biden “borked” this or that person. Now they say Biden fingered this or that person.

Daily quotes at night.
Observations: “As we go forward, being able to confront communist China and being able to prevail against communist China is going to be much more difficult than it was to prevail over the Soviet Union. Unlike the Soviet Union, there are powerful people, like Bill Gates, and powerful institutions, like the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and many American universities, that feel an affinity for communist China and who will defend it. They need to be exposed and defeated.” —Gary Bauer
Tongue-in-cheek: “North Korea is way more progressive than the US. Think about it: About to have a female leader. Communist. Christianity outlawed. No billionaires. They’re really putting us to shame.” —Matt Walsh
Belly laugh: “I can’t believe that Stacey Abrams allowed Georgia to open its businesses. I mean she’s the governor, right?” —Ben Shapiro
For the record: “The launch of a military satellite by Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, a designated Foreign Terrorist Organization, makes clear what we have said all along: Iran’s space program is neither peaceful nor entirely civilian. … This satellite launch vehicle and others launched before it incorporate technologies identical to, and interchangeable with, ballistic missiles, including longer-range systems such as intercontinental ballistic missiles ICBMs.” —Secretary of State Mike Pompeo
Non compos mentis: “I don’t think [the House impeachment managers] had any idea how much damage [Trump] would go on to do in the months ahead. There are 50,000 Americans now who are dead in significant part because of his incompetence. … I don’t think we would have ever anticipated that his brand of narcissism and his brand of incompetence, sometimes his brand of malevolence, would be so fatal to the American people.” —Rep. Adam Schiff, whose impeachment charade contributed to those deaths much more than anything Trump did or didn’t do
Dezinformatsiya: “If an American president loses more Americans over the course of six weeks than died over the entirety of the Vietnam war, does he deserve to be reelected?” —New York Magazine’s Olivia Nuzzi to President Trump at Monday’s briefing
And last… “What if we suspend pay of ALL senators and governors and give them $1,200 to live on for 10 weeks. How fast would our country re-open?” —George Papadopoulos

Bonus….something new! Today’s Blue Mob ‘A Mind is a Terrible thing to Waste’ Award goes to Corrupt Tedros Ghebreyesus.
“Yesterday, the director of the World Health Organization pontificated, “The world should have listened to the WHO carefully.” Recall that in mid-January, the ChiCom-supporting WHO erroneously claimed, “Preliminary investigations conducted by the Chinese authorities have found no clear evidence of human-to-human transmission” of COVID-19. Moreover, it wasn’t until two months later that WHO finally declared a pandemic.”

It’s a minor thing, but I do wish that he hadn’t gone the whole hair plug, dental artistry, multi-facelift route. You end up looking like a combination of Karl Lagerfeld and the ever-surprised Kenny Rogers, just another veneer of creepy on creepy.
It makes orange look positively normal.
re: The WHO. (we won’t get fooled again). I can see policy maker pain in that the difference between an over- and under-reaction is such a narrow one, but can’t help but feel that organizations like that are simply jobs programs for scientists who have jumped to administration. Lotsa meetings, lotsa unread papers, lotsa get-togethers in Fiji to discuss how people outta be. OTOH, if John Galt was the answer, the prescient B. Gates would have taken a teensy bit of world saving money and bought a warehouse full of masks and gowns. Oh well.
You could always find some Delphic pronouncement from within the WHO to show their amazing predictive abilities. This is not particularly useful, but simply keeps that sweet sweet NGO cash flowing in.

Mystery solved! Yep, it was Mittens. The horrid man who Joey Fingers told a black audience that Mittens “would put y’all back in chains.”
‘Mitt Romney Trashes Trump Admin’s Management Style, Swipes At President Over Coronavirus Response’
“Assuring students the issue wasn’t necessarily with President Donald Trump, with whom Romney has had an ongoing “hot-and-cold relationship,” in the words of Yahoo News, the Senator quickly added, “I’m not blaming this administration.”
But, he said, he’d be handling the coronavirus pandemic differently if he were in charge.”….
“In a setting like this, had I been the president of the United States, I’d say, ‘You know what? I need some real experts in crisis management … people who have really dealt with this more than I have,’” Romney said, suggesting that Trump reach out to former New Jersey governor Chris Christie, who guided his state through recovery from Hurricane Sandy.
Presumably, Romney was also referring to himself; he was the only Republican Senator not selected for the Trump administration’s coronavirus task force despite his experience in resurrecting the Salt Lake City Olympic games, and handling a number of financial disasters when he was in private practice.
Asked why Romney was excluded from the task force, President Trump was blunt: “I don’t really want his advice.” (ROFLMAO)

‘Primary motivation’
“The decision by the state Board of Elections to cancel the presidential primary in June is perhaps necessary given the virus situation. But there still will be primaries for Congress and state races, and they could be affected by the removal of the presidential race.
In fact, election officials, appointed by the Democratic Party, say they believe lower voter turnout will make the day safer for voters and poll workers. Not incidentally, lower turnout generally favors incumbents.
How convenient.”

Attacks on Homeschooling Suggest Nervous Government Schools
“As I look around at headlines and stories like these, I can’t help but ask myself, “Why the negativity?” Sure, it’s easy to see why there would be frustration. We can all sympathize! Everyone’s life has been upended and parents and children had homeschooling thrust upon them overnight. They weren’t prepared.
Given these factors, it’s remarkable that so many parents view homeschooling more favorably after trying their hand at it, especially in less than optimal circumstances. The poll reveals that alarmist hype over the problems of homeschooling may be overblown.”

“When journalists write about incidents that occurred long ago, especially serious allegations such as sexual misconduct, a key goal is to find people who will say that they heard about the incident at the time.”
That’s what we wrote back in 2016, when we first put together a list of the allegations of sexual misconduct against former president Bill Clinton and then-candidate Donald Trump during the presidential campaign. We later expanded the list for Trump in 2017, eventually reaching a total of 16 women, after more allegations emerged. (See the video below.)”

“Biden is a notorious flapjaw. His vanity deludes him into believing that every word that drops from his mouth is minted in the golden currency of Pericles. Vanity is the most conspicuous characteristic of US Senators en bloc , nourished by deferential acolytes and often expressed in loutish sexual advances to staffers, interns and the like. On more than one occasion CounterPunch’s editors have listened to vivid accounts by the recipient of just such advances, this staffer of another senator being accosted by Biden in the well of the senate in the weeks immediately following his first wife’s fatal car accident.”

a bit more on Joey Fingers from the Cockburn article
“The first duty of any senator from Delaware is to do the bidding of the banks and large corporations which use the tiny state as a drop box and legal sanctuary. Biden has never failed his masters in this primary task. Find any bill that sticks it to the ordinary folk on behalf of the Money Power and you’ll likely detect Biden’s hand at work. The bankruptcy act of 2005 was just one sample. In concert with his fellow corporate serf, Senator Tom Carper, Biden blocked all efforts to hinder bankrupt corporations from fleeing from their real locations to the legal sanctuary of Delaware. Since Obama is himself a corporate serf and from day one in the US senate has been attentive to the same masters that employ Biden, the ticket is well balanced, the seesaw with Obama at one end and Biden at the other dead-level on the fulcrum of corporate capital.”

I’m afraid that Lenin mostly looked like the Devil on the inside. On the outside, more like Anton LaVey, who certainly wanted to look like the Devil. Weirdly, things like tarot cards make the Devil look like some sort of Khnum-on-a-throne. Since he’s rather a sort of life-giving god, it could be that early Christians were appending him and Dionysus into a sort of bad guy. Dunno, these things are mysterious by nature.
His alter-ego, Hitler, had more the look of a postal clerk. Definitely less picturesque.
Hang on, are you trying to defend Lenin? lol. Hell, he didn’t even make the trains run on time.

The only thing it does is allow Waste Management to cut its employees hours and make more money. No word that they have cut their fees or what they charge the County for reduced service. Bingo. You’d think that this would be a perfect time for the county to shove a few shekels their way and push a bunch of green waste through there. Lotsa opportunities for fire abatement right now and it isn’t like you have a bunch of folks in a crowd. It’s nothing like a grocery store. Oh well, the mysteries of government and large company bureaucracy are numerous, it’s why so many people want them to be conjoined.
In terms of person number 200, I would simply pass out 200 chits to people in line and tell everyone else tuff luck. Maybe throw a cone or sign at the end. Betcha that number 201 found out at the gate.

There is a Libertarian in Congress now.

He’s thinking real hard about running for President.
I don’t much care for Amash but I’d be happy to vote for him. Relatively happy. Compared to Biden or Trump… especially in California…

This was how dirty the Obummer FBI was.

“Explosive new internal FBI documents unsealed Wednesday show that top bureau officials discussed their motivations for interviewing then-national security adviser Michael Flynn in the White House in January 2017 — and openly indicated that their “goal” was “to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired.”
The handwritten notes — belonging to former FBI general counsel James A. Baker, Fox News is told — indicated that agents planned to get Flynn “to admit to breaking the Logan Act” and catch him in a lie. The Logan Act is an obscure statute that has never been used in a criminal prosecution; enacted in 1799, it was intended to prevent individuals from falsely claiming to represent the United States abroad.

And to think the Fuck Face Feeble Fakenews Man of Off Broad Street (along with the Enemey of the People) tried to paint the reform minded General as a traitor and a LIAR. May the old buzzard choke choke on his own vomit as we (The White Hats) try to drain the Swamp from which the Phony Taled one lives and breathes and calls his own.

Handwritten notes from the FBI that had been withheld from Michael Flynn and his defense team show that the FBI’s goal in investigating and ambushing Flynn was ‘to get him fired.’”

Beat me to it. Good job. Now, Bongino and Undercover Huber has docs that showed they (FBI) lied under oath when they said they didn’t get the dossier(s) until Sept, 2016. They were working with Steele in July, 2016…through Steele’s FBI handler in Europe. They (the Coup) all insist that it was the bar talk with George P that was the start of the probe and FISA warrents on Carter Page (Oct. 2016. Bull shit. July 28 was when they contacted Steele, not Sept.
Thats their story and they are all sticking to it to save their and Obama’s necks…come hell or high water.
Hey, we knew nothing about the Dosier until Sept, 2016. Wink, wink. May they all die choking on their own vomit

Yup, Smear a good man, set him up and fuck him good. All because he wasn’t a LIB stooge. (“O” didn’t like him)
Those who set him up, and those that gave the order need to be held MORE than accountable. Like they pay restitution personally Lord knows how much they cost him.
And these are the people the resident TROLLS want running the nation?
This is Putin kind of work.
No wonder they FBI fought tooth and nail to keep this news from going public.
You can bet your sweet ass Emery and Mary won’t tough this.
This is worse than Grope’n Biden.
