PaulE 433pm – The question is simplistic beyond any understanding. And the answers are many and equally complex beyond comprehension of save but by the anointed few. The world’s population is growing by leaps and bounds, and all new comers want NOW what the established societies took centuries to put in place. For any present generation to leave to future generations an earth as we found it is impossible – it will of necessity be changed in more ways than we can count. And if we follow the dicta to ‘save the earth’ of today’s simplistic pinheads, then we will pauper the world to a degree which will not allow us to preserve anything. We will then all resemble shithole countries like, say, Haiti. The only way to ‘save’ anything on this planet is to reduce the number of people who want to live on it. And that won’t happen until we either get very wealthy, or destitute beyond Mad Max. With your announced policies you and the progressives are promoting a Mad Max world for our future.

Ok, let’s talk about Obama’s birth certificate. Where did that story come from? You can trace those rumors back to the 2008 campaign when Sidney Blumenthal (Hillary’s rumor monger and good buddy) was spreading that around. He is one nasty man, perfect confident for HRC. Sidney used that rumor to smear Obama in Hillary’s first run for Prez. Many picked up on it, such as Stone and others, including Citizen Trump and Alex Jones.
Obama was so incensed by Blumenthal and his dirty tricks that he barred Blumenthal from holding any State Department Position when he choose Hillary to be Sec of State after negotiating terms with Hillary….such as not having a State Department IG, lol.
You know Sidney. He and his partner Cody were feeding the State Department the exact same stuff that was being feed to Brennan and, more importantly, the FBI. So Blumenthal feed the State Department the same stuff the FBI and Steele was feeding the State Department so it all looked like collaborating info, ROFLMAO.
Anyway, back to the birther story.

As Hitchens wrote in his 2003 review of Blumenthal’s book on the Clinton White House, Blumenthal told him that Lewinsky was “a predatory and unstable stalker.”
Nearly 20 years after the Lewinsky scandal, Blumenthal looks less like a knife man, more like a feckless hanger-on. It’s true that he has been loyal to the Clintons. But from his whispers about Obama to his advice about Libya to his poor cyber security, it’s hard to say he has been a good friend.
By all appearances, he has helped Clinton’s opponents far more than he ever helped her.

re 930am – Our leftwingers continue to believe that Obama’s short-term ‘nuclear deal’ with Iran effectively prevented it from continuing development of its nuclear weapons capability. Most of the international community knew that it would only be a matter of time until either the US or Israel (with US support) would have to militarily take out Iran’s development and storage facilities, or let Iran become a member of the nuclear club and therefore incite an avalanche of other mid-east states also becoming members. In actuality, Obama’s deal did nothing but give Iran some breathing room (and cash!) to continue its surreptitious developments, and support of global Islamist terror to keep attention riveted on ongoing atrocities.

Oh Waldo’s World
Of course I remember Trump selling US made arms to Saudi Arabia. It’s to check Iran and their expansionist policy. Yes, I remember in Operation Desert Storm (1 and 2) we were fighting not only the Iraqi Revolutionary Guards but mostly were being attacked by the Iranian Revolutionary Guards in the south. Iranians killed many our men and women.
Yep, I remember Iran funding and planning the attacks on our soldiers via Hezbollah at the Marine barracks in Lebanon.
I remember more recently the taking of our sailors, Iranian providing sophisticated weapons to Yemen to overthrow the Yemeni Government, the Iranian (Qassem Soleimani) attack on the Saudi oil fields, the attack that killed the American contractor (Qassem Soleimani) and wounded for American servicemen, the attack on the US Embassy in Iraq (Qassem Soleimani), the murder of folks in both North and South America, India, etc (Qassem Soleimani) and on and on it goes.
We have been “at war” with the Iranians for 40 years. We just took in on the chin. Like the shooting down of our drone. No repercussions for bad behavior. Finally, Trump said enough. American lives matter.
Since 1979, darn near every time (with the exception of Afghanistan, the so called good war) that Americans were killed or maimed, Iran was behind it all.
No mas. And no more siding with the Muslim Brotherhood. When Obama went on his apology tour to Cairo, Egypt specially barred the Muslim Brotherhood from attending, a group that Egypt had declared a terrorist organization. Obama said fuck you and sat the Brotherhood in the front row.
From siding with the Brotherhood that attacks Israel via Hamas, attacks Christians in Lebanon via Hezbollah, to Syria….to anywhere in the Mideast there is blood spilled, Iran and Qassem Soleimani have their hands on it. Well, Soleimani has one hand, lol.
From making sure no suspected terrorist or their associate in the USA could be interviewed by the FBI unless CAIR was present….Obama was there taking sides.
We have been most patient and accommodating to Iran and there is a reason we do not negotiate with terrorists.
At least Obama did one good thing. He put Qassem Soleimani on the terrorist list in 2011, which by the UN rules forbids his travel outside of Iran, lol. The new replacement is also on the terrorist list.
Enough is enough. Screw that noise. Arm the Saudis. They buy American weapons and don’t get free cash. They pay for it.
But, by all means defend the the Iranians and defend terrorists. Be my guest. To each his own.

What nuclear agreement with Iran? Did the Senate vote on it? Did Congress authorize the non-treaty treaty? Why did the negotiations specially call for the details to never be made known? Why was there a clause in the non-authorized non agreement no treaty stating that the US would defend Iran from any attacks? That means we would defend Iran against Israel. Why, why, why. Why did the secret agreement allow for Iran to develop and have nuclear weapons in 20 years.
I side with Dr. Rebane in this one. And, since the Senate was never allowed to vote on the treaty’, there exists no treaty. No one is above the law.
Oh, I am sure the Russians were on board. Russia is Iran’s largest trading partner, lol Plus, after the Uranium One Deal, Russia has been selling that precious material all over the place…to peaceful nations like North Korea and Iran, ROFLMAO. Bean me up, Scotty.
