From Americas Paper of Record……………….
WASHINGTON, D.C.—In honor of the impeachment hearings beginning this week, the Capitol Building has been decorated to look like a giant circus tent.
As soon as congressional maintenance staff heard that the impeachment hearings were going to begin, they went into storage and got out “the Big Top,” also used during the Kavanaugh hearings last year.
“We keep the Big Top on hand for certain situations,” said one staff member. “Usually these big inquisition-style trials, that kind of thing. They’re great entertainment. And the kids love the monkeys.”
Congressional vendors will be selling peanuts, popcorn, programs, and those big foam fingers to enhance viewers’ experience.
Rep. Adam Schiff was furious with the changes, saying they make a mockery out of a serious show trial.
“These are serious proceedings, and we will not have them mocked!” Schiff cried, wearing a clown nose, riding an elephant, and juggling fourteen flaming bowling pins. “The American public needs to know how super serious we are about this.”
Thats a fact……kids do love monkeys……..!

“So, in this impeachment hearing today where we impeach presidents for treason or bribery or other high crimes, where is the impeachable offense in that call?” asked Rep. Ratcliffe of Taylor and Kent.
“Are either of you here today to assert there was an impeachable offense in that call?” added Ratcliffe.
The representative spoke to Taylor and Kent during the House Intelligence Committee’s inaugural public hearing of the impeachment inquiry into President Trump on Wednesday.
Both bureaucrats responded by saying nothing, creating a moment of deafening silence in the room.
“Shout it out. Anyone?” probed Ratcliffe during the moment of silence. ”

And as far as Biden’s corrupt intent, the smoking gun, besides Hunter’s $50k a month job in the corrupt Ukraine when Dad was running the US show is a good place to start… how about asking Ukraine to investigate the place Hunter B was “working”?
If the House can “investigate” the President for evidence of a crime they can’t name… why not the son of a VP who was getting $600k a year for being… his father’s son when his father was running the US sh*tshow in Ukraine?

Yes Emery,, “REAL BAD for Repubs”…
“The impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump backfired on congressional Democrats Wednesday, when a star witness inadvertently made the case that Hunter Biden’s wheeling and dealing in Ukraine should be investigated.
Testifying before the House Intelligence Committee on the opening day of the inquiry, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State George Kent admitted that U.S. officials had been urging the Ukrainian government for some time to explain why an investigation into Burisma Holdings, the eastern European oil and gas company that employed Hunter Biden on its board of directors, was shut down.
“We’ve continued to press Ukrainian officials to answer for why allege corrupt prosecutors had closed [the] case,” Kent said. “We have until now got an unsatisfactory answer.”

As we always knew, California and American elections are filled with fraud and corruption. Thanks to a new poll, we now know that approximately 13% of illegal aliens vote. Since they are already criminals, stealing ID’s or using phony ID’s. lie to get welfare, steal jobs—why not vote as they to lose. Since they can not be deported or jailed, they have nothing to lose. “Jawaid Bazyar is fighting a decision by the City of Denver to fine his business for refusing to clean poop from an adjacent alley.
The local internet service provider CEO is taking the city to court after being fined for not cleaning up the leavings of the local homeless population from his property. “If the city’s not going to enforce laws against trespassing, or camping, or public defecation and just make me bear the cost of these problems, that’s just not right,” Bazyar told CBS Denver.
“There’s food, trash, drug deals,” Bazyar said. “In the alley, we get the defecation, drug needles.” Bazyar is concerned about the health and safety of both him and his employees. “It’s a bio-hazard. It could be infectious. I didn’t hire these people to clean poop off the ground. I can’t, as an employer, just say, ‘Go and clean up the feces,’” he explained.”

The Democrats’ impeachment farce is intended to smear President Trump, in part because that party’s leaders know they don’t have a decent candidate to run against him next year. This is why Congressional Republicans prominently displayed a quote from Rep. Al Green at today’s sham hearing:
“I’m concerned if we don’t impeach this President, he will get re-elected.” Unimpeachable logic.

“The agency has detected natural uranium particles of anthropogenic origin at a location in Iran not declared to the agency,” the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the UN’s nuclear watchdog, said in a confidential report published Monday, according to AFP.
The particles had been mined and had undergone initial processing, but not enriched, AFP reported.
The report did not name the facility that had been producing the particles, the BBC and AFP reported. However, anonymous diplomatic sources told AFP that the samples had been taken from a facility in Tehran’s southwest Turquzabad district.
Iran has previously claimed that the Turquzabad site is a carpet cleaning factory that has no other purpose.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who has repeatedly warned about Iran’s undeclared nuclear archives, told the UN last year that the Turquzabad site contained “a secret atomic warehouse for storing massive amounts of equipment and material from Iran’s secret nuclear weapons program.”

Aha. Just as predicted. Schifflips publically changing his strategy….well, at least showing the next card which always been the strategy. Kavanaugh hearing, deja vu. If it bombs, move on to Plan B and then Plan C. Get that asterisk in the record books by Kavanaugh’s name….er…..by Trump’s name. Claim a moral victory for Truth, Justice, and the American Way.
“In making the case for alleged “bribery” by Trump, Schiff first argued for the Constitution’s “broader” definition of the term.
“Bribery, first of all, as the founders understood bribery, it was not as we understand it in law today. It was much broader,” he said, as reported by NPR. “It connoted the breach of the public trust in a way where you’re offering official acts for some personal or political reason, not in the nation’s interest.”
“All the Democrats need to do to make the case for bribery, Schiff claimed, is to show that Trump was “soliciting something of value,” a broad definition indeed. Multiple witnesses who have spoken with the committee behind closed doors, Schiff told NPR’s Steve Inskeep, have presented evidence that Trump was trying to “solicit something of value.”
That Trump failed to do so, Schiff maintained, is beside the point. Trump’s request for Ukraine to “look into” the corruption allegations agains the Bidens, the subsequent actions of officials working on Trump’s behalf to try to make sure the investigation was conducted, and the temporary withholding of $391 in U.S. military aide is enough to impeach the president, he suggested.“
That the military aide was given to Ukraine without the country ever conducting an investigation into the Bidens is neither here nor there, Schiff argued.
“I mean, when you consider the serious terms of whether the president has committed an impeachable offense, the fact that the scheme was discovered, the fact that the scheme was unsuccessful, doesn’t make it any less odious or any less impeachable,” said the Democratic congressman. “If the president solicited for help in the U.S. election, if the president conditioned official acts on the performance of these political favors, whether Ukraine ever had to go through with it really doesn’t matter. What matters is: Did the president attempt to commit acts that ought to result in his removal from office?”
While Schiff acknowledged that it was unlikely that the Senate would impeach Trump, as it requires a two-thirds majority vote, he defended the House Democrats’ resolve to see the process through. Impeachment, he argued, is “the most powerful sanction the House has,” and if it “deters further presidential misconduct, then it may provide some remedy even in the absence of a conviction in the Senate.”

Following the hearing, CNN Chief Legal Analyst Jeffrey Toobin suggested that the vocal observation from Trump’s defenders was “legitimate.”

“Ever,” CNN anchor Jake Tapper stressed.
