The Pentagon review was the delay of the delivery of the Javelins. Ukraine as become NATO’s battleground against Russia and the Russian separatists in Eastern Ukraine.

    ,,,Biden and Son are so yesterday’s news. Biden was not president when his son went to Gazprom. If Joe Biden talked to Ukraine about corrupt state officials it was at the behest of Obama. Get a clue boys!!!
    Sure there is some soft nepotism going on and some name brand recognition which could be why the oil company wanted Biden’s son on the board of directors.
    And all this took place in 2016 AFTER the corruption cleanup up at the oil giant. Perhaps having Biden on the BoD was meant to show that there was accountability on the Board.
