He has served under countless administrations with never a complaint of partisanship, and solely because he does not bend to partisan pressure, he is a hack? I am sorry, but your comments along with the comments of Democrats in Congress are destroying good people left and right while giving passes to the bad actors in the government. It’s pretty disgusting and Democrats are gonna pat dearly for this in 2020. If Trump wins again and gets congress back, your fellow progressives’ worldview is going to come to a screeching halt. Poor Ukraine. First they get threatened and slapped around by Joe Biden if they did not fire the Prosecutor General and shit down their investigation into corruption. Next Hillary tells them to dig up dirt on Trump and supply her campaign with the info. Then 4 Dems Senators wrote Ukraine and insinuated consequences that they not reopen investigations to help Robert Mueller. Now Trump comes along and asks them to assist in the original corruption investigation. Ukraine just can’t catch a break.
This whole think started when the oligarch who owns the bank also owns Burisma, the Ukrainian energy company. 1.2 billion for energy development was deposited in the bank and it just disappeared. Vanished. Probably in off shore accounts. Corruption. Where US citizens involved??? Hmmmm.

Leahy (D-Vt.) and Chris Murphy (D-Conn.) of threatening to cut financial assistance to Ukraine over reports that officials impeded cooperation with special counsel Robert S. Mueller III’s Russia investigation. Trump cited a letter the senators sent to Ukraine’s top prosecutor in May 2018, but at no point in the correspondence did they threaten defunding.
Okay. But at no point in President Trump’s conversation with Ukraine’s president (as reflected in the released “transcript”) did he threaten Ukraine with defunding or any other adverse consequence.
Like other Democratic partisans, the Post is quick to read into Trump’s utterances things that don’t appear on their face. When it comes to Democrats, its reporters become very literal.

The Department of Justice on Wednesday confirmed the Office of Intelligence Community Inspector General found that the so-called “whistleblower” not only had second-hand information regarding the call, but also possessed a “political bias” in favor of a “political rival” of President Trump.
“The complaint raises the prospect that the whistle-blower was not detailed to the White House either during the events in question or when he learned about them,” notes the newspaper.
Republican panel members, including Ranking Member Devin Nunes (R-CA), tore into Democrats during the hearing, accusing them of carrying out a political smear-job against President Trump.
“I want to congratulate the Democrats on the rollout of their latest information warfare operation against the president, and their extraordinary ability once again to enlist the mainstream media in their campaign,” said Nunes, before adding, “we’ve been treated to an unending parade of press releases, press conferences, and fake news stories.”
Meanwhile, President Trump and Republicans on Capitol Hill appear none-too-worried about the impeachment probe, suggesting it will help the Republicans in 2020.
“The left has officially lost their minds — they are so fixated on their imaginary impeachment that they are getting nothing else done,” Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) told Breitbart News. “266 days in power and what have Nancy Pelosi and the Socialist Democrats accomplished? Absolutely nothing.”
