In the ‘yet another lie’ category –In a speech trump claimed credit for approving a Shell plastic plant near Pittsburg that actually was started during the Obama administration…Shell workers were forced to listen or forfeit a days pay for not attending the speech. Workers were also told “No yelling, shouting, protesting or anything viewed as resistance will be tolerated at the event.” Freedom of speech under trump: say what he wants to hear or nothing under penalty.

Actually lots of projects, developments, constructions, are hopefully started under one administration, and the reapproved, cut, or let lay fallow under a succeeding administration. People unfamiliar with how the government works think that multi-administration projects need only one approval to move toward completion.

Rather odd statement coming from a Nazi anti-Semite. Me thinks Roberta DUI Crossman has once again confused speech on the clock with speech on your own time. Boy, imagine what a frustrated waitress dealing with pompous condescending jerk asshole customers with their spoiled out of control kids would say if given the chance to really speak her mind. Oh my.
The factory paid the employees to take a day off with pay from the assembly line and show up and keep their opinions to themselves. If you can’t handle that, just stay home and not get paid for the day. Me thinks the folks that run the plant are more to blame for stifling free speech on the clock than what blame Bobbie tries to place on the President of the United States.
I could relate a story of being paid and driven to show up at a big red carpet event at a 5 Star Hotel/Convention Center when Mr.Big came to town (big eye roll)…with my mouth shut while listening to Mr. Big giving kudos to liberal CEOs….but I signed a non-disclosure agreement that prevents me from saying how I felt about that. The Bar-B-Que Guy Gorka had on said the most important thing: That the biggest mistake most people make is overcooking the meat. Seems to be a universal mistake. Not just the meat, but the side dishes as well. Need to keep the meat and whatever else on the grill from overcooking to preserve their distinct flavors. That’s my MO. I got tired of looking on line or at the recipe book trying to remember what they said to do what and when and how during the process. Lately I just check to see what I got in the cupboards, come up with an idea, and when it comes to crunch time, I throw all the books and ‘how to’s’ out window and go for it. Freedom! Trailblazer. One time I made a marinade sauce that was so awfully bad and spicy hot and strange that even the dogs would not eat the drippings off the meat. Well, the little they did eat left such an impression they would not make that mistake again. :). They suspiciously sniffed every single offering for a month after that colossal failure. Other times, “Viola!, a genius prepared this feast that delights even the most discriminating palate.”

In the “I’m a sick puppy and need therapy because I don’t know fact from fiction” category: Prez trump has recently been claiming, as recently as last Thursday, to have been awarded the ‘Michigan Man of the Year’. As it turns out, trumpy may have been a little confused, as are all of you, as to what really happened. Trumpy was the keynote speaker at the 2013 Oakland County Republican Party’s Lincoln Day Dinner in Michigan. At the event, he was presented with a tie, a statuette of Abraham Lincoln and a framed copy of President Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address. Apparently, probably because trump can’t read, he mistook the framed copy of Lincoln’s famous speech for a ‘man of the year’ award and has been bragging about it ever since. Former GOP Representative, Dave Trott, who was chairman of the event and invited trump to speak said Trump gave a “rambling speech touching every topic under the sun” but didn’t receive any awards. “There was no Michigan man of the year award.” Government by reality TV… it would be really funny if it weren’t so sad and didn’t effect people’s lives around the globe.

“Moore’s documentary, by the sounds of it, makes a pretty good hash of showing that the virtue-signalling billionaires pushing renewables aren’t really in it to save the world: all they really care about is the money.
“So, Planet examines a range of policy influencers/professional environmentalists/opportunists, etc. and even lets them hang themselves. It not only takes on the obvious bad guys like the Kochs, it lets folks like McKibben, Al Gore, Richard Branson, Robert Kennedy, Jr, who are ostensibly on “our” side, hang themselves by showing clips of them speaking to environmentalists and then clips of them speaking to industry about all the profits to be made.
“McKibben is shown twice praising Biomass (they gave him every chance to condemn it), interspersed with a scene of a mountaintop removal operation in his home state of Vermont –- for a wind farm!
“Robert Kennedy, Jr. informs his fellow millionaires of all the profits to be made on “green” energy. Al Gore basically admits it’s all about diversion and profits. Branson, like eCon Musk, of course, is solely in it for the money.
“Fellow billionaire Michael Bloomberg got down to it and basically bought the Sierra Club with tens of millions in donations tied to the Club promoting one of his cash cows, Fracked Natural Gas, as the “Bridge Fuel to a Green Energy future!”

Your Michigan Man of the Year is trying for a Chapter 25 deferment from 2020 elections. He’s clearly got dementia. Strong, strong denial if someone claims he is behaving rationally. His baseline was pretty low, but Trump seems openly confused on a pretty regular basis. At least he can proudly display his Michigan Man of the Year Plaque as he parades around in his boxers. Just keep telling him his new clothes make him look like a young, slender stud.

Another indicator that the socialist dem clown car fight will not end well for them –
So many of them are quietly predicting and preparing for a Trump victory in 2020. Some are even trying to game out who will be on the president’s team in a second term. The belief that Trump will win re-election — gleaned from conversations with around 20 foreign diplomats, international officials and analysts who deal with them — appears widespread.
