[We will now have to dissect the when and how President Trump was the prime cause of all these massacres. And one thing is clear to many of our tight thinkers, the man is able to make such things happen in cities where he previously held a campaign rally. So finally, after all the years of mass shootings, we have identified their cause. Socialist science marches on. gjr]

Keep those apologies coming… your claim was a weekly “random” mass shooting, meaning three or more dead that the shooter did not know.
The article you linked included murders of family and acquaintances.

We are 4 times more likely to die at the hands of a mass shooter in New Zealand than in the USA. Ok, if you throw in the last shooter down there, you are twice as likely to die in a mass shooting in New Zealand than in the USA. Man, we are not even close to being near that top or the top 10. We are so far down the list it is hard to find the USA.
One mass shooting every 12.7 days? That don’t seem right unless you include the gangland killings.

I guess we can’t count the daily massacres that occur in the middle east, Africa, central America, … when the Left makes its case to disarm law-abiding citizens for the ultimate concentration of power in the state.
Gregory, my use of ‘dumb’ for body-slamming subsumed all that such an act entails in present day US. And it’s dumb only because of the legal ramifications that follow. As ScottO pointed out, back in the days when it really did take an appreciative village to raise our youth, such encounters would have been considered acceptable and appropriate.

An adult man body slamming a child, inducing a head injury, is never appropriate except to stop them from harming another, and wouldn’t have been 50 years ago, either.
Acceptable and appropriate? No, it wasn’t then and isn’t now.

LaMalfa was in town today, a meeting that took place at 1030am. I couldn’t make it.
The Union’s Sam Corey, a freshly graduated (2 years ago) PoliSci major from UMich, downplayed the audience ‘participation’.

That you can somehow equate drug deals gone bad and gang bangers popping each other with a sociopath mowing down rows of innocent soft targets going to a garlic festival, going out for a drink, or standing in lines at WalMart is pretty perverted, But as an NRA poster child trying to blur the lines, we’re not the least bit surprised to see that kind of posting on RR. I see that earlier George equated civil wars, gang warfare and cartel retribution with lone wolf sociopaths here in the states committing mass murder on innocents just for the fun of it. I guess you guys see no difference what so ever.

I was at the town hall. You can see the back of me in the SF 49er hat in the picture. I was not surprised the leftwingnuts were there and screaming their profanities. And they kept yapping when LaMalfa was trying to interact. He was filling us in and then cutoff by some big mouth guy. And I think a woman we have seen before was escorted out by the cops for being her usual scummy self. Doug does a good job at these things and keeps his calm. I think the leftwingnuts can’t handle his calmness so they get rowdier and louder and more profane. He does not bite.

And I admit I interjected during one fool’s tirade. He whined that he only heard about this meeting yesterday and yelled at LaMalfa for not giving him a personal call I guess. I said out loud that the room was full and overflowing so what is the problem. These liberals are such narcissists.

Oprah: One thing I have always liked about Oprah was she walked into the ole so very Reverend Jeremiah Wright’s Church. She walked out and never went back. She is no dummy. She doesn’t stomach those black race hustlers spewing their vile. Zero tolerance for that crap. Meanwhile, Obama stayed for 20 years, roflmao.
She is correct about what ails society. Forget what the race baiters and poverty pimps say. Listen to those down in the trenches fighting the battles daily to improve the lives of the forgotten man in the black communities. They know what ails the inner city, the black communities. They also know what the glue that binds them together is. What works and what does not work. They know what is needed. They are on the same page as Oprah.
The other thing I like about Oprah is she has an aid that tracks and documents every single minute 365 days a year to make sure she physically spends no more than 49.9% of her time at her 23,000 sq ft home in Montecito, CA or in CA itself. That way she does not have to pay CA state income taxes. She ain’t no dummy.

The confusion delusion continues in CA education. If you can’t win them over with your brilliance, then dazzle them with your bull shit.
“The state is in danger of letting its students down. The goal of the new course is to help students learn about and engage with the history and culture of groups that have been overlooked, marginalized or subjected to “invisibility.” But a current draft of the model curriculum, drawn up by a committee of teachers and academics and headed to the State Board of Education, is an impenetrable melange of academic jargon and politically correct pronouncements. It’s hard to wade through all the references to hxrstory and womxn and misogynoir and cisheteropatriarchy. . .
“Too often the proposed ethnic studies curriculum feels like an exercise in groupthink, designed to proselytize and inculcate more than to inform and open minds. It talks about critical thinking but usually offers one side and one side only.”

Oh, the virtue signaling. He just drips with moral superiority. Hey, some of us were born in a barn, thank you very much. The don’t call us deplorable for nuttin’, honey. Reminds me of an old letter to the editor where a guy was complaining that people don’t wear collared shirts and sport jackets out in public…like they do where he was from. With that kind of OCD, he should come by my house and straighten all my picture frames and clean up the place. Next OCD In Recovery meeting will be at my house Thursday at 7:00 pm. How to piss off a hater: The Virtue Signaling is so them, not to mention the whining.
“While the residents were thankful for the overhaul — well over 100 volunteers came together to remove 12 tons of trash, according to Presler — the liberal media were, uh, irritated. The media attacked the activist as an “extremist,” questioned his motives, and scolded him for “reinforc[ing] the tired image that the poor people in this city can’t take care of their own neighborhoods.”
“Whatever he says his motives were, Scott Presler’s presence in Baltimore reinforces the tired image that the poor people in this city can’t take care of their own neighborhoods,” the Sun complained.”

The masters of the universe still tip the scale left at every turn –
But another Twitter user who posted the video, The Daily Wire’s Ryan Saavedra, said Twitter simply does not want the “Left’s pure hatred exposed because it damages the narrative that many at Twitter have.”
“By suspending me for telling the truth, Twitter is making it clear that they seek to control the news media and only allow content on their platform that does not expose the evil, projection, and hypocrisy of the political Left,” Saavedra wrote. “Do not be surprised if they permanently ban me.”
Saavedra added: “By suspending McConnell’s re-election campaign for exposing the violent rhetoric directed at McConnell, which was allowed to foment on Twitter for days, Twitter is interfering in the 2020 elections in a manner to help Democrats and hurt Republicans.”
Capitol Hill communications director Ben Goldey said that he, too, had been locked out of Twitter.
“My account was temporarily suspended after posting a video of far-left activists chanting death threats at Senator McConnell,” Goldey wrote on Twitter. “Meanwhile, @Castro4Congress tweet, targeting his own constituents by name and employer is still up and does not violate Twitter’s Rules.”
