Progressives seem to have real difficulties with rate vs total. Today’s El Paso total….two slightly above average weekends in Chicongo.
And it is as you say…..barely a peep. Of course it could be reticence in discussing high kill counts in progressive controlled area with unusually strict gun control. Might make people think that merely scribbling words on paper might not always work as advertised.

22 mass shooting the US since January. About one a week. I’ve heard nothing but excuses here about why they’ve occurred and of course have absolutely nothing to do with Trump’s hate stirring rhetoric or the NRA.
How about one of you experts make some suggestions how to stop these mass shootings. Bill seems fascinated with manifestos and Walt with anything long and hard that goes bang. Put you collective head together and come up with a plan. Anything better than “thoughts and prayers”?

Well, I’ve got bad news for you bunky. It’s been going on for centuries and it ain’t going to stop no matter what you do. All we can do is try to lessen the number of occurrences. Posturing, scape-goating people or organizations without a factual basis and virtue signaling do no good as has been proven for decades.
We’ve passed hundreds of ‘common sense’ guns laws that were predicted to do no good and all the left can do is demand more of the same.
