Bias news and tossing out a bone to our friends on the dark side of the street to be fair and balanced.
Here are two articles, the first two have a bias slant. The 2nd one I would not consider posting here (read it a few days ago), but it serves as a good example of bias slant (understatement). The facts are accurate, but the descriptions and words used could be slightly more tempered.
1) In the first sentence, the word “interrogate” should be replaced with the word “question” or a less loaded verb.
“The Justice Department will interrogate senior CIA officers as part of an investigation on the origins of the Russia probe.”

The second article appears to have a partisan slant. Ok, it’s an opinion piece, but…..

Venezuela is the current example of the massive failure…….” and on and on it goes, then privets to the media, aka, The Enemy of the People.

Once elected, they shifted into high gear, devised a full-on conspiracy to frame him for crimes he never committed. They are still at it, even though the Mueller Report cleared him. Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that the Lefty mainstream media is a bit touchy lately and rather defensive? Odd. They are coming out of the woodwork in every direction to say, yes, we are relevant.
This all started at the release of Levin’s new exhaustive book “Unfreedom Of The Press”, which hit #1 on the NYT’s best seller list…#1 in hard bound, download, podcast…all the formats
It’s like they (you know who you are) are running a big ole orchestrated ad campaign. Like, ‘You are in good hands with Allstate” or “Come back to Jamaica”. They really want us to know that we can trust them, they care about us and are devoted solely to “the American people”…come on back, the waters warm. Less animated.
They act all butthurt, like they got bruises now on their upper arms and don’t like being treated with scorn…no sire, not to mention a blend of ridicule seasoned liberally with contempt. They ain’t taking it gracefully. But, they never have.
After Acosta heard about the laugh track added to the video below, he blurted out something about being sick and tired of Trump mocking the media. 🙂

Hands up don’t shoot, uh wait, not so much –
A 20-year-old black man whose Wednesday shooting death by a fugitive task force sparked a night of violence and unrest in a Memphis, Tenn., neighborhood, was wanted for a shooting in Mississippi, according to media reports.
DeSoto County District Attorney John Champion said Brandon Webber was wanted on aggravated assault and armed robbery charges related to a shooting during a car theft in Hernando, Miss., on June 3. The victim was shot five times and survived, Champion said.
Hernando is 35 miles south of Memphis.
U.S. Marshals with the Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force went looking for Webber at a home in Memphis’ Frayser neighborhood Wednesday. They spotted him getting inside a vehicle, which he used to ram task force vehicles several times, officials said.
Police retreat under a cloud of tear gas as protesters disperse from the scene of a standoff after Frayser community residents took to the streets in anger against the shooting of a youth by U.S. Marshals earlier in the evening, Wednesday, June 12, 2019, in Memphis, Tenn. (Jim Weber/Daily Memphian via AP)
Webber was shot and killed when he got out of the vehicle holding a weapon, Tennessee authorities said. It was not clear how many times he was hit or how many shots were fired.
News of Webber’s death prompted a night of clashes between police and residents in the neighborhood.
Around 36 police officers suffered minor injuries due to bricks and rocks being thrown at them and several police vehicles were damaged. Several officers were taken to hospitals and were later released, according to a Memphis Police Department tweet.

We have mutual defense agreements with the NATO article 5 countries and Japan who’s vessels were attacked. DUH!

That deer in the headlights look has a basis in fear and she should be afraid of the next cycle, even the dems are going primary her –
U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s spokesman sent a profane tweet to a potential Republican challenger as he ripped him for wanting to debate his boss.
“Yo @RichValdes what in the actual f— makes you think you’re entitled to a debate with AOC,” spokesman Corbin Trent tweeted Sunday at the conservative talk radio producer who’s mulling a run against the freshman congresswoman.
Earlier that day, Valdes said he tried to challenge Ocasio-Cortez to a debate on the merits of capitalism versus socialism as they both marched in the National Puerto Rican Day Parade. Valdes claims the democratic socialist “jetted to the other side of street” when he tried to approach her.

Viet Nam? Us???? That was a Democrat’s war. They showed how they fight a war, to lose. Telling the enemy just where we were going to attack was such a good idea. Take a hill,, just to give it back.. Then fight to take it again days later.(over and over again)

Seems like just yesterday that the sky was falling cause mean oleTrump wanted NATO members and specially Germany, the largest economic powerhouse in the EU and de facto leader of old Europe, to pay their long agreed upon fair share. Oh my,poor poor poor Germany not only Welched on their word to pay 2% of GDP for NATO defense (from the current laughable 1.4%), the Krauts reneged on that and said FU, we are going to lower the tab to 1%! How absolutely European of them.
Everybody wants security and for us pay for the ride so they can go play house and pick out Muslim baby names.
Can’t touch NATO, cannot not keep out indigent illiterate in any and all languages unskilled 17-year old girls with 3 kids from the country, can’t, can’t, can’t. Oh look at those,puppies. They are so cute.
Gotta pay for everybody to sit around the barn and eat up the hay. The dollar can only stretch so far. But the rich folks have dollars!!
No wonder they are obsessed with taxing the rich. Totally full blown OCD obsessed with taxing rich folks. Tax ‘em, Tax ‘em, tax the pants off of them!!! Make them pay for it all! We must get our hands on their money. Must get rich folks money! Must! Must get hands in their pockets. Must get hands in their poczzzzzzzz.. Darn. Time to change the batteries on the cute little Energizer Bunnies…again. They sell oil and after the attack, the price of oil went up.
Iran has used mines in the recent past against commercial ships in that area.
Why don’t we wait and see what other evidence comes in?
Or is Huck claiming people in the US govt would lie?

I thought the left completely trusts our govt and believes everything all of its agents say. Or is it only when it’s convenient?

Where did you read the word Republican? Your reading comprehension continues to slide.
I was talking to war profiteers. Blood merchants. Havana Harbor is too ancient history to be relevant with your ability to rationalize conflict?? How about Colin Powell’s presentation? The grainy picture “proof” of baby food factories punching out nuclear weapons look about the same as the grainy picture “proof” of Iran blowing up oil tankers.
