    Scott O 721pm … it’s already a crime, and civil penalties also apply. Every state has its own criminal law codes, a once size fits all Federal law would muddy the waters.
    Plus, it’s unclear if it’s also meant to apply to colleges.
    A woman who was a chem major a year ahead of me (but probably under 21) at a very small (420 total students at the time) liberal arts college of science an math, ended up shacking up with a physics prof of mine… they met at a party… and comparing notes, there wasn’t any overlap to speak of as student and professor. They’ve now been together (i.e. married) for over four decades.
    It probably should apply to Congress, as there has been some real whoopie made (hetero and homo) between adults, including Congressmen, and 16 year old pages.

    It starts early. Before six months of age, the less interaction a boy has with his dad, the lower his mental competence.
    And dad-deprivation is a significant predictor of the increasing rate of male suicide, drug overdose, obesity and withdrawal into video game addiction. It even predicts by age 9 a shorter life expectancy as determined by shorter telomeres, protective end caps of chromosomes. Aggregately, this leads to my predicting that the biggest gap between boys who are successful and unsuccessful in the future will be the gap between those who are dad-enriched versus dad-deprived.
    As Powell points out, America exacerbates this problem by falling behind every developed nation in preparing our sons for the changes in technology. In contrast, Japan has extensive vocational education programs, with 99.6% of their graduates receiving jobs after graduation. A boy who is not academically inclined may be bored by physics and chemistry until he learns that to be a highly paid welder, he needs them. Then he sees purpose, and his motivation changes.

    Trump says he won’t release any of his taxes because he’s being audited. First, do you really believe that is the reason? And secondly I talked to a professional tax consultant and preparer and they have never heard of an audit that lasted six years and it’s unheard of for an audit encompassing that many years without some years being released. Does that mean ALL of his past taxes are under audit?
