[OK boys and girls, now it’s time to talk about the massive mega-lies the Democrats and their lamestream media lackeys have been telling us for the last two years. To begin, I have to confess to a large error, before Russiagate I thought that the journalistic profession was the demonstrated refuge of mostly ass-kissing ignorameouses, my opinion of the commentariat and the news media was pretty low. I was totally off base, because it wasn’t anywhere near low enough. They have demonstrated and continue to demonstrate themselves as a herd of evil snipes who have no regard for their lightly read audiences as they continue their crusade of lies and innuendo to bring down a legitimately elected administration, diverting the electorate’s attention from its achievements and urgent national needs – e.g. education, immigration, debt, … . gjr]

Looks like Trump also agrees to releasing the Mueller report
President Donald Trump’s campaign spokesperson Kayleigh McEnany was enthusiastic about the Department of Justice releasing the full report from special counsel Robert Mueller.
In an interview with Fox News on Monday, McEnany agreed with the president that he has nothing to hide, and is “on board” with the report’s release.
“Yeah, let’s see it all because there’s nothing there,” she said.
In a new Fox News poll, 80 percent of Americans want to see the full Mueller report and determine for themselves what did and did not happen.

AS for Russia,,,,
Mueller concluded that Russia had in fact conducted a concerted effort to influence the 2016 presidential election, though there is no evidence that they were successful. Barr’s letter described two distinct efforts to influence the election. The first was an effort by a Russian entity called the “Internet Research Agency” tasked with spreading propaganda on social media. The second was a Russia government effort to hack into computer systems belonging to persons who were then working for Hillary Clinton’s Campaign for President or the Democratic National Committee to obtain damaging emails which were then disseminated to organizations such as “Wikileaks.”
These efforts by the Russian government took place during the 2016 election while the Obama administration was in office. We know from public statements issued by a number of former Obama administration officials that they were aware of the Russian efforts and did little to nothing to stop them.
In fact, the most serious response the administration took was to have President Obama tell Russian President Vladimir Putin to “cut it out” on the sidelines of an international event. When asked by the Washington Post about the administration’s failure to stop Russia, a former senior official said “I feel like we sort of choked.”

PaulE 135pm – your super simple response indicates that you did not understand my 131pm. There is no law on the books that mandates the DoJ turning over the Mueller report to Congress – most certainly one that involved no findings of criminality by the executive. But there are laws on the books which outline the prerogatives of the DoJ in coming up with and following its own established protocols for such handovers.
And the polls of people wanting to see the report are legally moot and only politically operative – we have a democratic republic in which elected representatives make such decisions, and not a mob-ruled ‘democracy’ by the opinion poll. We do live in different countries.

Someone actually is doing the honorable thing, no expectation we would see it from the local ‘media’ hell the union still is pretending it didn’t happen. Not even on their facebook.
Whatever his supposed flaws, the rampant accusations and speculation that shrouded Trump’s presidency, even before it began, ultimately have proven unfounded. Just as Trump said all along.
Yet, each time Trump said so, some of us in the media lampooned him. We treated any words he spoke in his own defense as if they were automatically to be disbelieved because he had uttered them. Some even declared his words to be “lies,” although they had no evidence to back up their claims.
We in the media allowed unproven charges and false accusations to dominate the news landscape for more than two years, in a way that was wildly unbalanced and disproportionate to the evidence.
We did a poor job of tracking down leaks of false information. We failed to reasonably weigh the motives of anonymous sources and those claiming to have secret, special evidence of Trump’s “treason.”
As such, we reported a tremendous amount of false information, always to Trump’s detriment.
And when we corrected our mistakes, we often doubled down more than we apologized. We may have been technically wrong on that tiny point, we would acknowledge. But, in the same breath, we would insist that Trump was so obviously guilty of being Russian President Vladimir Putin’s puppet that the technical details hardly mattered.
So, a round of apologies seem in order.
Apologies to Trump on behalf of those in the U.S. intelligence community, including the Department of Justice and the FBI, which allowed the weaponization of sensitive, intrusive intelligence tools against innocent citizens such as Carter Page, an adviser to Trump’s presidential campaign.
Apologies also to Page himself, to Jerome Corsi, Donald Trump Jr., and other citizens whose rights were violated or who were unfairly caught up in surveillance or the heated pursuit of charges based on little more than false, unproven opposition research paid for by Democrats and the Hillary Clinton campaign.
Apologies for the stress on their jobs and to their families, the damage to their reputations, the money they had to spend to hire legal representation and defend themselves from charges for crimes they did not commit.
Apologies on behalf of those in the intelligence community who leaked true information out of context to make Trump look guilty, and who sometimes leaked false information to try to implicate or frame him.
Apologies from those in the chain of command at the FBI and the Department of Justice who were supposed to make sure all information presented to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) is verified but did not do so.
Apologies from the Foreign Intelligence
Surveillance Act (FISA) court judges who are supposed to serve as one of the few checks and balances to prevent the FBI from wiretapping innocent Americans. Whether because of blind trust in the FBI or out of ignorance or even malfeasance, they failed at this important job.
Apologies to the American people who did not receive the full attention of their government while political points were being scored; who were not told about some important world events because they were crowded out of the news by the persistent insistence that Trump was working for Russia.
Apologies all the way around.
And now, with those apologies handled — are more than apologies due?
Should we try to learn more about those supposed Russian sources who provided false “intel” contained in the “dossier” against Trump, Page and others? Should we learn how these sources came to the attention of ex-British spy Christopher Steele, who built the dossier and claimed that some of the sources were close to Putin?
When and where did Steele meet with these high-level Russian sources who provided the apparently false information?
Are these the people who actually took proven, concrete steps to interfere in the 2016 election and sabotage Trump’s presidency, beginning in its earliest days?
Just who conspired to put the “dossier” into the hands of the FBI? Who, within our intel community, dropped the ball on verifying the information and, instead, leaked it to the press and presented it to the FISC as if legitimate?
“Sorry” hardly seems to be enough.
Will anyone be held accountable?

For a real (however brief) change of pace, been meaning to post this since March 5th. A good look of how the respect of the rule of law, justice, and fairness is ingrained in our founding and hearts. And Paul Revere spread fake news, lol.
———
“It took seven months to arraign Preston and the other soldiers involved in the Boston Massacre and bring them to trial. Ironically, it was American colonist, lawyer and future President of the United States John Adams who defended them.
Adams was no fan of the British but wanted Preston and his men to receive a fair trial. After all, the death penalty was at stake and the colonists didn’t want the British to have an excuse to even the score. Certain that impartial jurors were nonexistent in Boston, Adams convinced the judge to seat a jury of non-Bostonians.
During Preston’s trial, Adams argued that confusion that night was rampant. Eyewitnesses presented contradictory evidence on whether Preston had ordered his men to fire on the colonists.
But after Richard Palmes testified that, “…After the Gun went off I heard the word ‘fire!’ The Captain and I stood in front about half between the breech and muzzle of the Guns. I don’t know who gave the word to fire,” Adams argued that reasonable doubt existed; Preston was found not guilty.
The remaining soldiers claimed self-defense and were all found not guilty of murder. Two of them – Hugh Montgomery and Matthew Kilroy – were found guilty of manslaughter and were branded on the thumbs as first offenders per English law.
To Adams’ and the jury’s credit, the British soldiers received a fair trial despite the vitriol felt towards them and their country.”

OH BOY! CNN’s legal analyst is in it with Avanti –
Celebrity attorney and CNN analyst Mark Geragos is the co-conspirator cited in a federal indictment handed down Monday against attorney Michael Avenatti, according to The Wall Street Journal.
Authorities indicted and arrested Avenatti Monday in New York on charges of wire fraud, bank fraud and attempting to extort $20 million from Nike Inc. Avenatti threatened to publicly disparage Nike if the company did not pay him millions of dollars, according to the indictment.
The indictment was announced less than an hour after Avenatti announced he was holding a press conference on Tuesday about Nike.
According to WSJ, Avenatti’s co-conspirator was Geragos, a lawyer famous for representing clients like Michael Jackson, Jussie Smollett and Colin Kaepernick.
Avenatti and the alleged co-conspirator met with lawyers from Nike’s lawyers at the firm Boies Schiller on March 19, according to the indictment. The duo said they would release information damaging to Nike unless the company paid them more than $20 million on top of $1.5 million to a client who Avenatti was representing. Cooking tip of the week. Pork loin this time.
A bottle of Angry Orchard cider,
the fluid contents of a can of peaches,(save the peaches) a cup of apple vinegar,
three OZ. of sweet BBQ souse, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder.
Mix all together.
Inject the loin with as much as it will hold.
Let the loin sit in the bowl as you go light the BBQ.
(Kingsford cherry wood charcoal )
Wrap loin in stretched bacon and place in a shallow aluminum tray
Make one if you need to.
Place on the grill, then take the peaches from before and place on top of the bacon wrapped loin. Close the lid. Give it an hour before checking. I let the temp hit 150 or so.
The cooking temp was above 300 for this one..
Not bad… Not bad at all.

Here’s a new one involving Trumps pal and the Trump Tower in Moscow . The beat goes on. There are over a dozen legal cases swarming Trump and his sleazy friends boiling away.
“New York developer Felix Sater was accused of ‘international criminal conspiracy’ after he allegedly stole money in an effort to help build Trump Tower in Moscow.
The lawsuit filed in Manhattan federal court claims that Sater and his partner Ilyas Khrapunov stole $4 billion “a decade ago” from BTA, chaired by Khrapunov’s father-in-law, ex-BTA Chairman Mukhtar Ablyazov. reported the Wall Street Journal.
“Sater helped Ablyazov, Khrapunov, and others launder tens of millions of dollars in those stolen funds into the United States,” according to the complaint. “Sater also tried to help them stash some of the stolen money overseas, including in real estate in Moscow.”
“Sater not only met with Ilyas Khrapunov in Trump Tower to discuss laundering the stolen funds but he also personally arranged meetings between Ilyas and Donald J. Trump to discuss possible investments,” according to the bank.
Sater’s hearing before the House Intelligence Committee set for Wednesday has been postponed.”

How pathetic @324 so a friend of Trump had a meeting in his rented offices in Trump tower SFW? Have you stopped beating your dog?
This is where the real action is now –
Following the revelation that Special Counsel Robert Mueller unearthed no evidence that President Trump or his campaign colluded with Russia to sway the 2016 election, Trump allies are now awaiting the results of two long-running internal probes that could expose the backstory behind the Russia probe’s beginnings — and provide more detail on already-documented misconduct among top FBI and DOJ officials.
DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz confirmed at a panel discussion last week that his office is continuing to review potential surveillance abuses by the FBI, a review that began last March and that Fox News is told is nearing completion. Horowitz has previously found that senior FBI officials routinely leaked information without authorization to the media, and also received “improper gifts” from reporters, including meals and sporting event tickets. Most notably, Horowitz found that FBI officials’ anti-Trump communications raised doubts as to the integrity of their work.
Republicans are increasingly looking for answers from U.S. Attorney for Utah John Huber, who was appointed a year ago by former Attorney General Jeff Sessions to review not only surveillance abuses by the FBI and DOJ, but also authorities’ handling of the probe into the Clinton Foundation.

There is no cross examination, no defense, no judge ruling…just a prosecutor. To release those names would in essence tar a person’s reputation with no means to defend himself. Thus sealed on Constitutional grounds.
I don’t care how loudly Chucky the Clown or Nadler or Maddcow demand to see every syllable under the guise of the people’s right to know, it ain’t going to happen. A judge can unseal Grand Jury testimony, but if challenged, see ya at the Supreme Court.
Thoughts:
The reasons Mueller did not attempt to charge Trump on obstruction is because 1) he could not meet the burden of proof (he met with the Office of Legal Counsel on the matter), and Mueller would have lost in court and would have been slammed by Supreme Court. His job is NOT to exonerate, his job is to charge or not charge. He did not even do a secret sealed indictment. There was no “there” there…..besides he cannot charge a sitting POTUS. He just threw it back to the Justice Department which cannot met the burden of proof either. A stink bomb. Nothing more.

Every post Paul Emery puts in this blog shows just how unhinged the old coot has become. Stop it and give it a rest. Trump is exonerated and crime free. You loons of the left are the problem, not Trump. And look at what your conspiracy theory and thousands of accusatory posts got you. NOTHING! What a hoot.

LIBS on the DEFENSIVE!!!!!!
“Democrats are urging Graham to reconsider his plans for a new investigation.
“I hope Lindsey calms down, thinks this over, gets us back on track to do substantive things where we can serve this country, rather than political scorekeeping,” said Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.), a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Meanwhile Feinstein was perplexed by the move.
“I don’t understand that,” she said. “I don’t quite know what the purpose is. Or what he’s looking for. So, it’s a bit of a cypher for me.” ”

Aw shucks the po’ ol’ fakenwsman didn’t make the list –
Nevertheless, the media will not change the way they do business because to do so would be to admit they had done something wrong.
The good news, though, is that this broken and corrupt institution has undermined all the power it once had to sway public opinion. And so, all the media can do now is hang on to what’s left of its audience — the crazies who want to be hoaxed, who cannot face reality. Those loons are the media’s customer base.
Other losers…
Hillary Clinton
You lost, cupcake, deal with it…
Fox News’s Judge Napolitano:
What a horse’s ass.
Meet the Press Moderator Chuck Todd:
Mueller’s got the receipts! Mueller’s got the receipts!
Lie to me James Clapper! Please, please, please lie to me. Tell baby what he wants to hear!
Barack Obama:
The Al Capone of the Russia Collusion Hoax.
FISA Court:
If this kangaroo court allows a bunch of Dirty Cops to hoodwink it into spying on a presidential campaign, imagine what’s being done to everyday Americans.
Weekly Standard Employees:
Other than a few of their trolls, these staffers are all out work now because their useless bosses, Bill Kristol and Stephen Hayes, went the full-hoax.
Axios’ Mike Allen
“D.C.’s most wired reporter” is as much a conspiracy theorist as he is a moron.
Watch Forrest Gump connects the dots.
Idiot.
Fox News’s Shepard Smith:
Napolitano and Shep Smith. Put them together and you’ve got almost half a wit and not an ounce of integrity.
Jake Tapper:
Once one of America’s most respected journalists, he has since lost his audience and all of his credibility as a stooge for the intelligence community. So blinded by his own virtue, Tapper probably believes being a Deep State cuck is patriotism.
What a fall.
Brian Stelter:
Tater: The Walking Punchline.
Rachel Maddow:
For two years Maddow breathlessly — night after night after night — promised her audience Mueller had the goods. Most of her cult will probably stick with her, but she’s exposed now and exposed cult leaders never last long.
Robert Mueller:
This dirty cop leading a gang of dirty cops spent two years digging a dry hole while destroying the lives of who know how many innocent people bled white by unnecessary legal fees. Shame on him forever.
Morning Joe:
Joe Scarborough’s track record for getting everything exactly wrong marches on.
CNN:
This fake news network deliberately deceived its audience for two years with an all-in gamble that the Mueller Report would vindicate all those lies. CNN’s ratings cannot get much worse than they already are, but who in their right mind would give these snake oil salesmen even a minute of their time?
No one will ever believe anything CNN reports again, and no one should.
CNN is now just infotainment for #Resistance stupes.
Jennifer Rubin:
Because she’s so shrill, not only do we all know she’s a joke, so does every dog within 60 miles of the Washington Post.
At least she didn’t try to hide her McCarthyism.
Max Boot:
I didn’t make this up.
The FBI:
A den of Dirty Partisan Cops meddling in our elections.
McCabe, Strzok, Comey, the lady homewrecker, arresting celebrities over college applications to kill a negative news cycle.
The FBI is a cancer on democracy.
Former CIA Director John Brennan:
Perjurer and liar.
Former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper:
Perjurer and liar.
BuzzFeed:
Such shameless liars Robert freakin’ Mueller called them out.
John McCain:
Because his legacy as a petty, grudge-holding, preening peacock who planned his funeral to satisfy his own smite was not already damaging enough, we now know he was peddling the phony Russia dossier to media outlets.
Washington Post:
Only CNN saves the far-left Post from taking the crown.
Never Trump:
Every fake news “bombshell” these simpering quislings swallowed and spread with unbridled glee.
What a bunch of mindless cows.
Fact Checkers
They told us Devin Nunes and Sean Hannity were wrong about everything and that conspiracy theorists like Jake Tapper and Chris Cuomo were right about everything.
Oh, and Washington Post fact checker Glenn Kessler is still claiming Trump colluded with the
Russians.
The Left-Wing Media
From Talking Points Memo to the HuffPost, there was not a moment of sanity, just paranoia and lies and red-baiting.
Intelligence Community
From WMD to Russian Collusion to partisan leaks and lies… More goddamned Dirty Cops who should never be believed again.
CNN’s Drew Griffin
Griffin used to be seen as a pretty good investigative reporter. Now he will only be remembered as a bully who harasses old ladies based on conspiracy theories.
Hollywood Leftists
Every time Rob Reiner tweets a gay, black man registers as a Republican.
David Corn and Michael Isikoff
Mother Jones’ David Corn and Michael Isikoff, the hack who sat on the Monica Lewinsky scandal until Matt Drudge forced his hand, wrote a whole book about how Trump colluded with Russia.
Seriously, a whole book.
Can you retract a whole book?
CNN’s Carl Bernstein
While his Watergate partner Bob Woodward was smart enough to stay out of RussiaGate, Bernstein sold his soul and not only got caught lying, he invented a source that doesn’t exist.
BIGGEST LOSERS
2018 Midterm Voters
Millions voted under the false impression our president may have done something wrong. In other words, not only did the media and Deep State meddle in the 2016 presidential, they also meddled in the 2018 midterms.
The American People
We the people went to the polls in 2016 and chose Donald Trump to lead our country, which means that every injustice against our president, most especially at the hands of unelected Dirty Cops and their media minions, is an injustice against us and our God-given right to choose our own leaders.
For two years this hoax hamstrung his (our) agenda and weakened his (our) ability to do business overseas… This is unforgivable, un-American, and the wrongdoers must be held accountable.
This crime against Trump was also a crime against us, against America, and our Constitution…
The only way to compound this crime is to sweep it under the rug.
This cannot be allowed to happen.
