   Illegals.
   We have about 900,000 illegals awaiting to be processed right now. At this rate, the projections for next year is over a million and and 1.5 to 2 million awaiting processing in the next theee years. That is more than we can possibly handle. We just don’t have the resources. It is breaking and will bust the system. Saul Alinsky tactics, Alinsky’s wet dream.
   The Dems know all this and are pushing for less ICE detention beds. Let that sink in. Once a illegal or alyssum applicant is rejected, we are supposed to deport them. That’s the law. Pushing for less beds and less detainees in detention at the very same time unable to house/detain the ones currently in processing or ordered deported.
   The idea is to flood and overwhelm the system so that those applying for asylum can simply disappear into the country to live as they with fear of repercussions. 5% will show up for their hearing dates. The bigger picture is to throw the asylum seekers in with the DACAs and Tempory refugee status folks we let in on a temporary basis with all the Dreamers and their parents and give them whole lot of them amnesty.
   The Dems cry out there is no crisis at the border. It’s a made up crisis, not real. Well, in a couple years, the crisis at the border and inside the US will be so undeniable that only the Enemy of the People and mentally ill could deny its existence. If will be plain to the sane and everyone else sure as the noses on their faces.
   Obama called it a crisis, among other previous and current Congressional leaders and Blue Ribbon Commissions and Presidents. Suddenly, it’s not crisis.
   Alinsky is alive and well.

   This was a news story YESTERDAY MORNING. Where were you? It was on TV news last night and discussed on NPR this morning. FOX is either last to the trough, or they are dragging it out for hard right political purposes. Or maybe they know the average FOX viewer is very slow on the uptake.

   NPR? (never listen to it) Let me guess. it got 15 seconds like any other story.
   If it’s such a GREAT idea, and LIBS “say” they are all for border security, they would be jumping up and down in favor…. But they ain’t.
   HELL!! You haven’t even come clean to back the idea.
   How dare Trump get the money, and Christ will return before Trump can say “See? MEX just paid for the wall”.
   Nope you can’t have that. Not one bit! The last thing you want is another Trump victory.

    Swallows and Walt. I have been following ‘seized asset reform’ for several months to a year as it works its way through committees and yet to be introduced to Congress. Bipartisan support. Yes, there has been abuses as some assets are seized without a conviction in court or nary a trial or even charges brought. Not to say that all assets seized are not legal or valid or Constitutional, but some abuses exist as some (operative word is SOME) Sheriff Departments or local LE across the land rely on seized asset forfeitures are part of their budgets and budgeting for the next year. Thus the incentive for abuse. Anyway, Cruz has been a point man on the reforms so it makes since he introducing a narrowly tailored bill on a topic he has expertise in….as well as his expertise in Constitutional constraints and protections of rights.

    A topic I find ripe for irreparable harm and ripe for PC abuse:

    More recently, Cretella explains, she has heard from two sets of parents who were accused of being “abusive parents” for refusing to consent to hormone treatments for their teen children. In one case, the parents sought treatment for their son’s suicidal depression. Their son was adopted out of an abusive family, had a long history of depression and anxiety, had been in therapy in the past, was on medications, and never had any sign of gender dysphoria.
    Nevertheless, the emergency room physician at the children’s hospital, after interviewing him alone, diagnosed him as “definitely transgender because he insists that he is and that [the parents’] lack of acceptance is causing his suicidal depression. He should be started on puberty blockers and estrogen to transition.”
    This was the first time the 14-year-old boy had ever said such a thing, Cretella noted, yet from this one ER visit, his parents had to fight with the children’s hospital for months against allegations of being “abusive and unsupportive” parents. The family finally found a therapist who helped them set boundaries with their son, and his complaints of feeling trapped in the wrong body have stopped. Even with this outcome, attorneys told the parents they could not sue because experts would side with the ER physician, who was following the “standard of care” guidelines.
