Stock up on popcorn this winter the House-Trump show will be on the air. He will have to dump Giuliani and get some real lawyers to get through this. this is what happens when you lose elections. sorry Todd, if the Republicans would have won the midterms this would not be happening.
“During a CNN discussion on Donald Trump’s legal woes and the multiple investigations looking into every aspect of his life and his presidential campaign, a White House correspondent for the New York Times said the administration can expect a “subpoenas every week” when the Democrats assume control of the House.
Speaking with host John King, the Times’ Julie Davis said that Democrats –who will be assuming chairmanships on House committees — will be walking in the door with plans to go after the Trump administration.”

First its fakenews and now its fake front groups funded by the socialists claiming to be republicans –
Despite Lim’s claim that they were supported by donors across the political spectrum, the PAC does not show any Republican contributors after Reid’s initial donation.
The PAC pulled in an additional $200,000 from Kathryn Murdoch, the progressive activist daughter-in-law of media mogul Rupert Murdoch, and $400,000 from Daniel Tierney, the president of Wicklow Capital, a Chicago-based investment firm, filings show.

Once you scrape away the rancid Russian dressing you get to –
“Tomorrow is going to be a very different day for Comey, particularly in light of what we’ve learned — the misconduct during the Flynn investigation was all about, thanks to a judge that demanded to understand what had happened,” Issa told host Maria Bartiromo, referring to U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan’s order last week that led Mueller to turn over key documents in the case.
He continued: “I would not be surprised a bit if the conviction of Flynn is overturned, because of the Justice Department and FBI’s misconduct — and that in fact, we go potentially all the way to the Supreme Court, with new protections — when the FBI and the Department of Justice lies to someone and tricks them into making statements, and then charges them with a lie they entrapped them in. … This kind of conduct we haven’t seen in a long time.”
In explosive court documents filed last week by Flynn’s legal team, it was revealed that FBI agents in his case deliberately did not instruct Flynn that any false statements he made could constitute a crime, and decided not to “confront” him directly about anything he said that contradicted their knowledge of his wiretapped communications with former Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak.

Oh yeah fish he’s a fake lawyer like Cohen got it. Trouble is Trump refers to him as my lawyer. If he’s not a real lawyer then he would not be protected by Attorney-Client privilege right like Cohen.
By the Trump was Cohen’s biggest fan just four months ago. Here’s a quote from the NY Times
When The New York Times reported Cohen could cooperate with federal officials, Trump took to Twitter and defended his longtime (and, by then, former) personal attorney, while taking shots at the media outlet.
Cohen, he said, was “a fine person with a wonderful family” and, as a businessman, Trump said he had “always liked and respected” him.
Trump also expressed faith that Cohen would never “flip” on him.
“Most people will flip if the Government lets them out of trouble, even if it means lying or making up stories,” he said. “Sorry, I don’t see Michael doing that.”

Oh Paul……you just don’t get it! Guliani is his attorney and spokeshole…..I imagine that this imposes constraints on any prosecutors line of questioning. That whole Attorney/Client privilege thing again. Cohen can flip all he wants but how much will eventually be allowed into evidence is a question that remains.
There is a reason that all of these guys are attorneys.

Flynn was never Mirandized. I think the Judge may have some last words for the Mueller team of democrats. The Judge also asked for the 302’s and was given redacted one’s and the one missing is the one he wanted as well. I think we may see some sanctions against some prosecutors.

Nah Todd, not likely. He plead guilty to lying besides he met with prosecutors something like 19 times to spill the beans on Trump and his den of crooks. “Lock em up”, as Flynn used to say about Hillary. He’d be in the slam himself if he hadn’t turned fink.
“The filing by special counsel Robert Mueller provides the first details of Flynn’s assistance in the Russia investigation, including that he participated in 19 interviews with prosecutors and cooperated extensively in a separate and undisclosed criminal probe. But the filing’s lengthy redactions also underscore how much Mueller has yet to reveal.”

    Too true G –
The fondest hope among the blue bourgeoise lies with the demographic eclipse of their red-state foes. Some clearly hope that the less-educated “dying white America,“ already suffering shorter lifespans, in part due to alcoholism and opioid abuse, is destined to fade from the scene. Then the blue lords can take over a country with which they can identify without embarrassment.
    Marie Antoinette Economics
In seeking to tame their political inferiors, the blue bourgeoisie are closer to the Marie Antoinette school of political economy than any traditional notion of progressivism. They might seek to give the unwashed red masses “cake” in the form of free health care and welfare, but they don’t offer more than a future status as serfs of the cognitive aristocracy. The blue bourgeoisie, notes urban analyst Aaron Renn, are primary beneficiaries of “the decoupling of success in America.” In blue America, he notes, the top tiers “no longer need the overall prosperity of the country to personally do well. They can become enriched as a small, albeit sizable, minority.”
Some on the left recognize the hypocrisy of progressives’ abandoning the toiling masses. “Blue state secession is no better an idea than Confederate secession was,” observes one progressive journalist. “The Confederates wanted to draw themselves into a cocoon so they could enslave and exploit people. The blue state secessionists want to draw themselves into a cocoon so they can ignore the exploited people of America.”

    Muller may have destroyed evidence?
“The evidence indicates Mueller has destroyed or is suppressing Brady material. There was an original 302 created within five days — by FBI protocol — of the Jan. 24, 2016 ambush interview of General Flynn by two agents — Strzok and Special Agent Joe Pientka. It is mentioned in the Strzok-Page text messages and on page four of the recrafted 302 Mueller filed. Comey read the original 302 before he was fired.

STARBUCKS’ NEW BATHROOM POLICY NOT WORKING OUT AS HOPED.
…A half-dozen toilets were locked or barricaded for no clear reason. Others were closed for prolonged “cleaning,” which an insider said was needed after extreme soiling caused by drug-using, incontinent vagrants.
“Letting everybody in has resulted in nobody getting in,” an employee at one branch fumed.
“Rest Room closed,” declared signs at 399 Seventh Ave. (entrance on West 32nd Street) and at a branch at Pearl Street and Maiden Lane. At 252 W. 31st St., the road to relief was blocked by garbage cans. Furniture and boxes formed a barrier at 61 W. 56th St.
A rope and traffic cones barred the way at 38 Park Row. When a desperate visitor asked if the loo would reopen any time soon, a barista directed him to a Dunkin’ Donuts nearby.
Other than pretty much everybody except the ozone layer of Starbucks’ executives, who could have seen this coming?

No mobs Paul? No violence you claim? Then I wonder why these thugs are in front of a judge.
The two Marines testified they were in Philadelphia to attend a Marine event at a local hotel and were touring attractions around the city when they were approached by Keenan, who allegedly asked the men if they were “Proud Boys” – an allusion to one of the rightwing groups behind the Nov. 17 rally, the Philly Mag reported.
Torres said he didn’t know what “Proud Boys” meant. It was after that interaction, Godinez said, that Keenan, Massey and approximately ten other people – men and women, some masked and some unmasked – began attacking the Marines: punching and kicking them, using mace and hurling slurs and other insults.
