Our agents are under assualt! Being pelted with glass and rock. Had to fly in reinforcements from other sections around the country just to hold them off. Military flew in 86 agents from El Centrol sector alone last weekend. . Barely held our ground. A few brave agents of 3-4 in one place held off over a hundred trying to charge the border. What to they think this is, Chicago….where a hundred hoodlums swoop down on the mall and steal the stores blind and nothing nobody can do about it? The mobs are attacking the gates. Best to protect our courageous out manned and under staffed agents from the shower of rocks and bottles.

How much BS was spread by Denney supporters?
She was a farmer without a farm and an educator without a classroom. In fact, she’s never owned a farm and she hadn’t seen a classroom for four years, not since she left Chico state with a masters in “Agricultural Education”. A problem with that is that it’s an education degree, not an agriculture degree… with the difference being that agriculture is just one up from the bottom in the academic hierarchy… he bottom is Education.
Since graduating from Chico State with the Masters in AgEd, she’s been a “learning designer” for a tiny company run out of a suburban house in Lincoln, NE. What a learning designer seems to be is someone who takes a simple lesson, break it into three or four minute bites so as to not run past the target audience’s concentration limit, and make it an app for their phones or laptop.
She was allowed to list herself as a farmer and an educator… had she been required to list herself as a “learning designer” she’d have had people scratching their heads.
Cristosal, the non-profit she’d listed herself as either President of the Board, Vice_President of the Board, or former Vice President of the Board (hiding that she remained ON the board), we now know is involved in the caravan of ‘migrants’ intent on entering the US en masse, intent on subverting US immigration law.
An independent voice for the north state, my arse. IF she had managed to sell her soul to the devil to win, she’d have soon found she’d have to vote as she was told or the Party would run someone against her and she could kiss off the best paying job she’d ever have. Just like LaMalfa does. Like most congresscritters have to do unless, like Pelosi, they show a talent for high dollar fundraising.
Now, the party didn’t provide any support for her but she managed to raise something like a million bucks anyway… and lost as badly as she was expected to.
There’s more, just look at every speech she gave. She’s a gun owner, meaning she’s for the 2nd Amendment, who is just for gun safety… and she said she would ban all semiautomatic guns. And fully automatic guns, which are effectively already banned. Hey, but as long as you are allowed to have A gun, the 2nd Amendment is fulfilled… right?
Why LaMalfa didn’t hit back as hard as he could, I don’t know.

Walt, the R’s have passed many bills and Trump has signed many bills. A “journalist” with any credibility would know this. Or at least know where to find the info. Apparently only you and I know this is and has been a busy Congress.

Here’s Dershowitz’s view of Trumps dilemma.

“The special counsel Robert Mueller’s report on the Russia investigation is likely to be “politically very devastating” for President Donald Trump, said Alan Dershowitz, a Harvard law professor who has frequently defended Trump.
“I think the report is going to be devastating to the president,” Dershowitz told ABC News’ “This Week” on Sunday. “And I know that the president’s team is already working on a response to the report.”
Dershowitz said that he doubted the investigation into Russia’s meddling in the 2016 US presidential election would result in criminal charges against Trump but that the results could still devastate the president.
“When I say devastating, I mean it’s going to paint a picture that’s going to be politically very devastating,” Dershowitz said.
