Jo Ann and I wish all our RR friends and readers a very happy Thanksgiving.
PS. I’ve long been puzzled by how individual secular humanists think about and celebrate this day as they observe it with family and friends. Since giving thanks is a show of gratitude for having received something – mostly unbidden and/or undeserved – to whom do such people show gratitude and for what?
Happy Thanksgiving.. All my kids made it safe and sound.
They didn’t let a closed hy. due to an accident stop them.
(HY 95 was closed for hours in the middle of the dessert)
They found a ranchers gate along the fence line, and,, took the dirt sheep trail. And miles of cars just watched in disbelief!
They found another gate, and back on the pavement.
And that’s my darling daughter for ya’. Redneck through and through. she even posted the bounding through the sagebrush on her facebook page. (mine all mine)
