But that’s not good enough for His Immenseness whose personal politics requires fealty to IPCC projections and policy recommendations… and the Global Warming Solutions Act that has driven Sacramento to running up taxes and energy prices to lead the world down the Primrose path towards the Future… assuming they get it right.

He claims he cannot render robust predictions on the House and Senate, yet he states that it would take a slew of systemic polling errors for both houses of Congress that would give victories to the low polling parties. The concordance of such systemic errors is a very low probability event, so why’s Nate waffling?

What he says, im my opinion , is that those odds are dependent on the data he has gathered from several sources and that they are accurate odds unless there are “Systematic Polling Errors”. My understanding is that he does not do original polling himself so he relies on external information and historical perspective.
