   And then came The Last Jedi, and this is when it all came together –in a bad way.
   Here we were, laying down our hard-earned money to take a trip into a galaxy far, far away and here was this hideous Kathleen Kennedy woman beating us over the head with her obnoxious feminist agenda, her even more obnoxious identity politics, her intolerable preaching and ham-handed, man-hating Woke-ness, and this movie sucks and, oh, well, that is just great, now they’ve killed off Luke and replaced him the cast of Dawson’s Creek 2.
   Well, at least we still have Carrie Fish– Oh, no.
   A movie focused on Han Solo seemed to come at exactly the right time. After all, who doesn’t love Han Solo? Who doesn’t want to see Solo? But then…
   Oh, look, Solo has Feminist Woke-Droid and a pansexual Lando Calrissian with an unnatural affection for Feminist Woke-Droid and the guy playing Han Solo who is about four feet shorter than Han Solo and ker-splat, the impossible happens: a Star Wars movie flops.

   Let’s be clear the F-22 jets that were left behind in Florida were unflyable due to the lack of parts, this a logisics problem that was created during the Obama administration. Obama’s cost savings gutted the logistic chain and the end result is the lack of spare parts. This loss is not a Trump problem it is an Obama problem.

    Thanks to eveyone who attended the Backwoods Jazz Revival concert held last Saturday at the Nevada Theatre. It was a near sellout with friends from near and far. Very fun reviving all the old songs from years gone by. The person who arranged for my band to play for the Queen of England in ’83 was in attendance.

    Lester Holt, NBC Nightly News anchor, last week covered the story of outgoing fellow NBC-er Megyn Kelly talking about blackface and whiteface, the segment for which she was ultimately booted from her show.
    In her segment, Kelly responded to her co-host saying “but what is racist?” regarding the idea of politically incorrect Halloween costumes. “Because you do get in trouble if you are a white person who puts on blackface on Halloween, or a black person who puts on whiteface on Halloween. When I was a kid that was okay as long as you were dressing up like a character.”
    It was that evening when Lester Holt introduced an NBC report on the controversy.
    Kelly mentioned both blackface and whiteface, equating the two, but Holt did not mention “whiteface.” Nevertheless, he is familiar with it, as the photo in this Tweet found by Mediaite shows.
