We take a look at the most recent lopsided lamestream reporting and actions by the Deep State – short version: the beat goes on.

Hillary Clinton is an existential criminal as corroborated by abundant evidence released to the public and more that must still be classified.  An available paper trail, including money changing hands, proves that she and the Dems commissioned and colluded with the Russians to have third parties develop and disseminate a damning dossier to torpedo Trump’s presidential campaign.  She spread US government secrets worldwide through her emails and a personal illegal server.  During campaigning she colluded with the DNC to pop the Bernie bubble.  She and husband Bubba took bag money from the Russians to facilitate the sale of America’s critically needed uranium.

This litany can go on and on.  But the bottom line is that she is home free, cleared of all offenses, and daily held up by the lamestream as the hapless victim of the 2016 election.  It appears that no one, most certainly not Special Prosecutor Mueller, dares investigate Hillary.  On the other hand, President Trump is the subject of an investigation whose clear charter is that it will continue until some evidence of his colluding with Russia to throw the election is found.  (Meanwhile Mueller's is casting his net wide on unrelated waters, hoping to catch something, anything to show for having been hired.)  Now with two years and counting, and not a shred of collusion evidence yet found, the lamestream daily lambasts the President with newly minted allegations distributed to the dull-witted as more evidence of his guilt.  No major media outlet, not even Fox News, raises a finger at this new pinnacle of yellow journalism.

And then there’s the treatment of the Nunes vs the Schiff memos.  The Nunes memo revealing the top management sleaze at the FBI and DoJ was vetted and wordsmithed for months to make sure that it contained only documentable facts, and did not reveal national security compromising sources and methods.  After an atrocious blizzard of pre-release accusations led by Rep Schiff claiming exactly the opposite, even after having been read by the entire House, the Nunes memo was released and found to be as advertised – no security compromises, and only facts of how the various parties at DoJ and FBI colluded to present an informationally deficient and fraudulent FISA application so that members of Team Trump could be surveilled during the campaign.  More evidence on that issues daily (here).

In response Schiff and the Intelligence Committee Dems concocted a rebuttal memo purposely laced with security compromising information that they knew President Trump could not release. (more here)  The president sent it to the DoJ and other national security offices for vetting and any necessary redaction.  At the same time Trump told the Dems and the country that he wants the Dems’ memo released so that he and the Intelligence Committee would not be shown to violate what had been charged of the GOP memo.  The lamestream's response?  President Trump is obviously trying to hide something big; another allegation put out there to the double dummies as ‘evidence’ of Team Trump’s wrongdoings.  Nobody seems to be picking up that the White House is not doing anything to modify Schiff’s memo, and if it gets a clean bill of health from the security vetters, it will be released as is.  Reporting that would not fit the months-long narrative which holds that the only reason damning evidence of collusion has not emerged is that Team Trump and the GOP have waged a successful campaign to both hide it from Mueller and suppress it through some vast rightwing conspiracy.  And again: the beat goes on.

It truly is abhorrent but will never end. Thankfully we have the internet and talk radio as well as FOX to keep a balance for those that care. We will never see the lamestream change as all those professors that teach them the trade are mostly commie/socialist. Things that favor a conservative are below the fol and the last part of the story on the back page. That is how they are taught. As well as egregious headlines.
Just today I saw and read the article in the Bee about some Asian kid in a hyper-smart group do a project of his choice in a Sacramento High School. It concluded that blacks and south Asians IQ’s were not a high as the rest. Anyway, the powers that be yanked it all and apologized and took their stress neds. The author of the article from the Bee even dragged Trump into the screed. It was pathetic. Now the Asian kid id being beaten about the head and shoulders and called a racist.

You are accusing Hillary of crimes she hasn’t been charged with. Isn’t that the same situation that you opposed when Roy Moore was accused of assaulting teenagers?
You’re tried and convicted her without a trial or even an indictment.

GeorgeR 1034am – “The Nunes memo revealing the top management sleaze at the FBI and DoJ was vetted and wordsmithed for months to make sure that it contained only documentable facts” –
Ok, and then the FBI took the extraordinary step of airing its misgivings in public, saying it had “grave concerns” about the accuracy of the memo because it was a partisan hack job.
Nunes memo was an obvious partisan smoke screen given that the response is called the Democratic Response.
Thank Nunes for turning the House Intelligence Committee into another partisan cesspool.

“Grave concerns” was right. Turn on the lights and the cockroaches scramble. Gotta smoke them out. I haven’t seen them this wacked out since Trump said he was being wiretapped. Smells like winning.

Re these memos, no one has pointed out a single error in the Nunes memo. The FBI’s faux “concerns” turned out to be the smokescreen since the memo contained only facts established by the investigation, and not a smidgen of the lied about revelation of sources and methods.
The Schiff memo, as submitted, is matter of record, and I’d like to hear from a bipartisan commission what kind of secrets the Dems purposely inserted there so that Trump had no choice but to have expert security people sanitize it. The Left wants you to forget that there was NOTHING in the Nunes memo that needed redacting.
The only real path forward here is for the FBI to release the complete FISA applications, all four of them, and let Americans decide for themselves who bamboozled whom.

Hillary Clinton has tons of properly collected, acknowledged, and vetted evidence against her wrongdoings. And the only reason she has not been recently charged is through a corrupt act by former FBI Director Comey who had to change the wording (of the “hardworking FBI agents and investigators”) findings to make it so that he could publicly play patsy to Loretta Lynch, and make an historically improper statement exonerating Hillary. Yes, I do opine that she is a crook and has been one ever since she entered public life, as has been documented in a number of books. Hillary Rodham Clinton is the posterchild of a blatantly corrupt politician, and her continued untouchability lays the basis for all the other concerns that Americans have about the Washington swamp.

“You are accusing Hillary of crimes she hasn’t been charged with.”
Maybe Paul Emery can enlighten us as to why this is impermissible?
Hilary Clinton set up and ran the American State Dept email server in her own home. As a former govt employee and worker in the info systems field I know this to be a completely unpardonable lapse in common sense at the very least. Anyone else in govt who did such a thing would be in prison right now. That is a fact. She tried to conceal this fact. Obama lied about when he first knew about this. We know this to be a fact. When confronted with the fact that she was running the email server out of her own home, Hillary Clinton bald faced lied about why she had done this. That is another fact.
We know for a fact that the Clinton Foundation doesn’t exactly live up to it’s purported purpose. There is hardly anything more reprehensible than millionaires setting up a charity to purportedly help those most in need and end up spending the money on yourself. We know from officials in other countries as well as publicly available information that Hillary and Bill were running a pay for play scheme with her position as SOS selling favors in exchange for money being ‘donated’ to the Clinton Foundation as well as Bill getting a timely ‘speaking fee’ that just happens to be in the country obtaining favorable treatment from Hillary.
But Paul Emery feels we have no right to point out these crimes because people who are in a position to properly investigate and charge her show outright bias and favoritism towards her.
If a bigoted country sheriff won’t charge the local red neck bully with beating up a black man in public, it is Paul Emery’s contention that folks who watched the hapless black being beaten have no right to say that the bully should be charged.
Pretty interesting view point, Paul. I’ll keep that in mind.

The difference between the Left’s outcry about the Nunes Memo and the Schifflips’s response is that this time we knew in advance exactly what they will and are doing to this hour in response. The alarms bells were going off that the Dems would drop poison pills in their pontificating response and really get their cacophony build up like to a crescendo until the Nunes Memo is sooo last year. Political obstruction by Trump. How quickly sources and methods is swept under the carpet.
Subtopic: The Grassley-Graham memo finding The Clinton Machine feeding stuff directly to State, then State passes it over to the FBI, and Fusion GPS with the FBI leaking it to the feeding frenzy we call the press. Strike that. Every department and organization mention above is the Clinton Industrial Complex. From the Friends of Hillary to our little speck of a blog. . Thank you Lefties and all the little Popinjays out there doing your part by putting your heads in the sand and Resist! They have been amazingly quiet on the accrual details or even general substance contained in the “Nunes is a dirty Russian” Memo. Fingers were pointing and everyone was being accussed of being a Russian spy by the Lefties the night the Memo was released, lol. Too funny. That was a classic. They are entering Stage 4 TDS.
Hold that pose with your heads in the sand Lefties. Need a place to park my bicycle.
Yeah, the memo was a really big deal.
Dems are in a pickle. The FBI was not uncovered on their own one single shred of evidence about Trump-Russian collusion. In and of itself, the entire force and weight of the US Government has caught nothing but boneless brown trout on their fishing expedition. Swat diddley. So, they either have to manufacture some stories about this mysterious unknown verifiable other evidence let to emerge or they have to rush to make Steele credible again. A hard road to hoe. Lying sounds easier.
What is surprising the pants off me is the speed at which the whole thing is unraveling. Like, the house of cards is collapsing at a velocity much faster than a slow moving train wreck. It’s coming apart at the seams. Whooo Nelly, the dam is busting.

Look how far we have come.
    Mar 2, 2017.
“The FBI, for its part, did not laugh off Steele’s allegations. After all, the former MI6 agent had credibility with the bureau, having provided “crucial help” to its investigation into corruption within FIFA. The CIA also knew of Steele’s work, and considered him a “reputable” intelligence officer, according to NBC News.
What’s more, subsequent investigations have produced evidence that comports with one of Steele’s central claims that there were repeated exchanges of information between Trump campaign surrogates and “intermediaries for the Russian government.” As the New York Times reported Wednesday night:
American allies, including the British and the Dutch, had provided information describing meetings in European cities between Russian officials — and others close to Russia’s president, Vladimir V. Putin — and associates of President-elect Trump, according to three former American officials who requested anonymity in discussing classified intelligence.

March, 2017 was when a whole lot of wailing and gnashing of teeth going on. . They were calling for Comey’s head on a platter until the day Trump fired him in May. Russia, Russia, Russia.
“As for Nunes, he said, “I have no idea” if Sessions should recuse himself “because we have no idea what he did or didn’t do.”
Having reserved judgment earlier on whether Sessions should resign, Schiff later Thursday called on Sessions to resign.”

Hillary dutifully cleaned up any ‘personal’ info before handing over the servers to the authorities. Paul Emery totally believes this is standard operating procedure and in no way was Hillary afforded any sort of special treatment.

“There are many more layers of the onion to peel, but here’s where we are now: It increasingly appears that the Clinton machine was the secret, original source of virtually all the allegations about Trump and Russia that led to the FBI investigation.
In fact, the Clinton connections are so fundamental that there probably would not have been an FBI investigation without her involvement.
That makes hers a brazen work of political genius — and perhaps the dirtiest dirty trick ever played in presidential history. Following her manipulation of the party operation to thwart Bernie Sanders in the primary, Clinton is revealed as relentlessly ruthless in her quest to be president.”

Or how about this: Steele gave a published interview to Mother Jones in late October 2016, after promising not to speak to the media. In trying to soft-peddle the palpable unreliability Steele had thus exhibited, the FBI rationalized that he was acting not out of dishonesty but in a fit of pique over Director Comey’s pre-election announcement that the FBI had reopened the Clinton emails investigation.
This, of course, is the announcement that Clinton partisans blame for their candidate’s loss. So, according to the Bureau, Steele’s pro-Clinton partisanship induced him to such outrage over Comey’s announcement that he was moved to violate his agreement with the FBI. Wouldn’t you think it might then occur to the Bureau and the Justice Department that maybe, just maybe, they ought to let the court in on that teeny detail about the Clinton campaign’s being the sponsor of Steele’s dossier? Nope. Instead they kept mum and they kept telling the court Steele was perfectly reliable.
In fact, they kept telling the FISA court he was reliable even after Steele himself admitted to a British court that his dossier wasn’t at all reliable. What’s that? Am I kidding? No.
Truth is a defense to libel. Suffice it to say, it was not Steele’s defense. Even though there was still no meaningful corroboration of Steele’s sources after months of investigation, even though Steele had lied to them, the FBI and Justice Department represented again and again, in April and June 2017, that the FISA court could confidently bank on Steele’s reliability. By early 2017, however, Steele was being sued for libel in Britain, among other places, by people accused of misconduct in the dossier. Truth is a defense to libel. Suffice it to say, it was not Steele’s defense.

Re: Grassley-Graham memo – Sorry, no FBI conspiracy; but FISA application process might flawed.
Republican Congress and Trump then overwhelmingly pass FISA reauthorization.
“Grassley’s letter pokes holes in the one truly significant claim made in the Nunes memo: That the FBI improperly concealed from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court that the Steele dossier was part of opposition research underwritten by the Democratic National Committee. Grassley’s letter confirms the accuracy of the counter almost immediately offered by intelligence committee Democrats: That the application did, in fact, disclose that the dossier’s funders were politically motivated…it makes clear that not specifically naming the DNC was not some aberrant omission, but the result of the common intelligence practice of obfuscating the identities of people who aren’t under suspicion. Glenn Simpson of the research firm Fusion GPS, who directly hired Steele, is referenced only as an “identified U.S. person.” Even Steele himself does not appear to have been named: The ambiguous
pronoun “his/her” is used to avoid specifying a gender for the dossier’s author. The judges who reviewed the application almost certainly would have recognized Page as an adviser to Trump and inferred that opposition research concerning him was likely funded by Democrats—and could easily have asked if they thought it was necessary to clarify.”
“If the Grassley letter is accurate, it should provoke a debate, not about whether some cabal within the FBI had chosen Carter Page as the unlikely vehicle for a byzantine plot against Trump, but about whether the FISA process is rigorous enough to protect the civil liberties of all Americans, including those without high political connections. This is no longer a question of whether the FBI concealed information from the FISA court, but of whether the court looked at a relatively meager body of evidence and signed off on a wiretap anyway. That wouldn’t imply a personal conspiracy against Trump, but a deficiency in the mechanism by which thousands of targeted FISA warrants—more than 300 focused on Americans in 2016—are routinely approved. The problem, in other words, would not be that the Page application got exceptionally lax scrutiny, but rather that it didn’t.”

All references to political motivations were concealed in the ambiguous footnote 8.
The FBI noted to a vaguely limited extent the political origins of the dossier. In footnote 8 [of the first warrant application, apparently repeated in the subsequent applications] the FBI stated that the dossier information was compiled pursuant to the direction of a law firm who had hired an “identified U.S. person” — now known as Glenn Simpson of Fusion GPS. The fact that Fusion GPS’s ultimate client was the Clinton campaign was never disclosed in any of the warrant applications, which ran well beyond June 2017, when the last 90-day extension was granted. Patently, so much struggle and circumlocution went into crafting this “vaguely limited” footnote that we can only conclude the decision not to disclose the Clinton connection was the subject of much deliberation.
…in section C), in applying for a warrant, the government must establish the reliability of the informants who witnessed the alleged facts claimed to support a probable-cause finding. Steele was not one of those witnesses. He is not the source of the facts. He is the purveyor of the sources — anonymous Russians, much of whose alleged information is based on hearsay, sometimes multiple steps removed from direct knowledge. Steele has not been in Russia since his cover as a British spy was blown nearly 20 years ago. He has sources, who have sources, who have sources . . . and so on. None of his information is better than third-hand; most of it is more attenuated than that.
As far as Carter Page goes, Mr. Page was a FBI UPI (unindentified paid informate) from 2013 to May 2016, helping John Carlin (head of the DOJ-NSDivision) nap true Russian spies on US soil. Carter stayed on FBI payroll until the trials against the Russian spy(s)
ended in May, 2016. The only thing factual in the Carter Page FISA warrant was that Page visited Russia in July, 2016. Carter, a Trump volunteer foreign policy adviser, was just a handy tool for John Carlin to file for the FISA warrant to easvedrop on the Trump Campaign. No charges or indictments were ever filed or prepared against Carter Page.
In an interesting coincidence, John Carlin filed for the FISA warrant against Carter Page in 0ct. 2016, then left the DOJ in Oct., 2016. Also interesting to note, that when the DOJ-NSD was set up after 9/11, the language exempted the division from IG review.

re Xeno’s 727am – Politico is flat wrong. Not naming the DNC and Clinton in the FISA application was indeed ‘an aberrant omission’ because knowing the identity of the parties who commissioned and paid for the Steele hit piece was evidence and therefore cause enough to expand FBI’s investigation to include those who actually did collude with the Russians to attempt to influence the election. But that did not fit the the FBI/DoJ’s already baked in narrative from Hillary’s email/server sins that she was innocent of everything.

That got you off your chair and you posted your incredulous disbelief. You were in good company. The blow back was quite intense. Even I couldn’t defend that one.
Well, right after that, Trump assembled a team of volunteer foreign policy advisors. His council of foreign advisers, if you will That is the moment Carter Page’s name popped up. The FBI and the Obama DOJ had turned over every rock looking for Russian interference without success and needed to do some wiretapping for the insurance policy. Election was just a few weeks away and their internal intel showed Trump leading, despite the polling. Carter Page was a name John Carlin recognized from Mr. Page’s work with DOJ-NSD busting Russians trying to recruit Americans in the financial sector as spies to get information on our financial institutions and energy sector (oil). Carter was the key to open the door and Carlin moved quickly.
The setup: After Trump won, Justice, the FBI, NIA,(Clapper) and others had to cover their tracks post haste. Every wonder why all these folks started appearing at the disorganized and chaotic Trump Towers? Why Simpson met with the Russian lawyer lady immediately before and after her meeting with Trump Jr (who walked out on her)? Everyone just magically shows up at the Tower and it’s known to Fusion GPS and Hillary’s campaign?
Ever wonder why the Australian diplomat just happens to go into a bar and sits down next to a nobody drunk who is claiming be a big time Trump team operative. Bragging that he was told by some professor in London that Russia has the missing 30,000 Clinton e-mails? Then the diplomat tells the head of the British spy agency (age 52) who resigns on Jan 23, 2017, three days after Trump is sworn in for “personal reasons.”

Trump the non politician. Trump who started using the term Drain the Swamp during the last weeks of the election. Trump the unpredictable.
Ever wonder why of the 4 people indicted by Mueller, not one indictments/convictions has anything to do with Russian Collusion, or Putin? Manaford and Podesta’s brother did work for the pro-Russia Ukrainian President….close, but no cigar. Not even horseshoes close. “Michael D. Cohen, President Trump’s longtime personal lawyer, said on Tuesday that he paid $130,000 out of his own pocket to a pornographic-film actress who had once claimed to have had an affair with Mr. Trump.
In the most detailed explanation of the 2016 payment made to the actress, Stephanie Clifford, Mr. Cohen, who worked as a counsel to the Trump Organization for more than a decade, said he was not reimbursed for the payment.
“Neither the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign was a party to the transaction with Ms. Clifford, and neither reimbursed me for the payment, either directly or indirectly,” Mr. Cohen said in a statement to The New York Times. “The payment to Ms. Clifford was lawful, and was not a campaign contribution or a campaign expenditure by anyone.”

It may come as a great surprise to both of you gentlemen but I think you’ll find the the president could have a harem and as long as he rolls back most of the lefty nonsense foisted upon us most non progressives wouldn’t care.

Don’t care Punch! High presidential moral standards went out with the Clinton administration. I might add …..to the thunderous applause of America’s progressives!

So there you have it folks
Fish could fare less if Trump paid off a porn star to keep her mouth shut (or open) about his sexual affair with her 4 months after his wife gave birth to his son.

Just in!!! Trumps porno babe now feels free to talk about her humpings with Trump. Expect Melania to exit soon after a big payoff.
By the way I was one who believed Bubba should have resigned after his affair with Monica was revealed. Made him a target for blackmail and a security risk.

No – can you cite anything I wrote that would lead you to believe that?
“Why do you think Cohen made the payment Scott?”
Well – if it was hush money and she blabs, it would destroy her credibility.
If it were the Clintons, they would have just killed her dog. Much cheaper.
If the chick blabs, I would suppose the ‘security risk’ thingie goes away, no?
