[Well, that last sandbox sure got smelly in the end. My bad for letting it linger. Perhaps we can try to raise the level of discourse on this one. Would love to see some dialogue on 'Trump divorces GOP Congress' and its implications for legislation and 2018. gjr]

Looking for proof, I was going to post something from the caring site Charitable Humans, but it’s been taken down. Darn

Don’t know if this is proof, or just a one-off.

Hmmm. Getting warmer.

No proof found. Nevermind.

BenE: “Our other supposedly local station is too busy running a propagandist spewing ignorance from his locked down compound in Florida to bother.”
KNCO? I think there’s usually no one at home there, they just hook up to some sort of feed and go out back for a smoke. They have even more dead air when things break than KVMR, and that’s really saying something.
Radio is pretty much dead as a concept. It would be cool if KVMR wasn’t so monolithic in culture, but anything is better than endless top-40 from 1965-1980 and the big name right-wing guys trying to fill air for hours a day.
BenE: “KVMR along with YubaNet are the go to spots for fire information and local news.”
KVMR is absolutely awful with fires normally, the Celtic music must play on. Yubanet provides a real service in that area and deserves support regardless of their politics.

Who is he talking about anyway? Is he high on his meds? LOL!

“Better still is having you drop in now and then and hurling the term “fascist” incorrectly…..every single time.”
To Mr. Ben’s credit, sort of, I don’t think very many people are acquainted with what political terms really refer to, or the differences you find in how they are expressed depending on country.
Step Numero Dos is usually to start swinging around Wikipedia definitions as if they mean very much. Usually, ‘read a history book why doncha?’ is part of the parlance. At this point in the history of the internet, there’s a lot of data compression to be gained by merely assigning numbers to phrases (like the joke about jokes), names, or concepts. In this text compression project, it’s obvious that ‘H’ is already taken and is to be found under every rock.
I expect that it’s enough that ‘Fascism’ (like pornography) is something that you know when you see it, and Mr. Ben sees a lot of it. A veritable Fascistsmeller Pursuivant.

Meh…..Ben chucking “Fascist” around hither and yon is as silly as Walt and Todd using “Commie” all the time. Both terms have been emptied of all meaning.

Bandying terms about like ‘fascist’ and ‘racist’ to describe anyone you dislike without a true understanding of their meaning simply dilutes and detracts from the horrific histories that first introduced them to our lexicon. It would be better if the people using these terms had the wherewithal to define their present-day usage. But too often, that is asking more than be given.

Thanks for asking Todd about Trumps mental health
Eric Trump expressed concerns that his dad Donald has suicidal thoughts when confronted with criticism. Here’s a link for more information.

For your reading pleasure, Fox Poll:
Fox News Poll: Voters’ mood sours, 56 percent say Trump tearing country apart, Trump’s first job rating on the Fox News Poll is the only one that’s been in positive territory: 48-47 percent (February 2017).
Since that time he’s lost the most ground with conservatives (down 7 points), Republican men (-9 points), and whites without a college degree (-9 points).
