   True George but in California the Democratic majority is so overwhelming that it cannot be denied. The Republicans don’t seem to have the ability to be a viable opposition party.

   PaulE 914am – Who is denying the Democrats?? We, their opponents, recognize them and their rapacity in spades. For all intents and purposes California has become a one-party tinpot autocracy; the liberal lunatics in Sacramento are now unstoppable. You have missed my years-long counsel that we are beyond the tipping point. You, Frisch, et al can now dip into our pockets at will and take anything you want. Do you advise when rape is inevitable that one should just bend over and enjoy it?
