[It pained me to read that legal analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano was suspended by Fox News, and I hope that he will soon be reinstated. But I take heart that FN is an outlet that allows its senior correspondents to air items they consider important and true, and then hold them responsible for any subsequent mistakes. To me this makes FN a more credible, comprehensive, and, yes, more balanced broadcaster when its reporters (consider Chris Wallace and Shepard Smith) and talking heads don’t have to get an OK from some lockstep editorial board in the head shed before going on the air. gjr]

Because Fox does not allow that kind of story to go unpunished. The Judge could be spot on and very well might be, but he did not make sure the story could be verified by multiple sources. Dr. Rebane is correct. Gives FN even more credibility. Nothing happens to the Lamestream outlets like CNN, NYT, MSNBC, NBC, etc when they report real far out fake news. Very fake news is ok for them. No one gets fired. Think Yellow Shower, another British connection and how even PE suffered no penalities for repeating such an unbelievable unsubstantiated rumor here. Boggles the mind. Heck, even Colonel Peters got a time out for calling Obama a pussy on FBN, even though everyone agreed. The Judge will be back. After all, he is a true Libertarian and voted for that pot head former Gov. of New Mexico, home of the ceremonial smoking of peyote button. Gary something. 🙂 The Judge will get his pee-pee slapped, sent to bed without supper, and come back when his grounding is over.
If it hurts Trump, you can say what you want. If it hurts Deep State or Obama, heads will roll. At least Fox got rid of Megan due to a rather large Deplorable outcry. Now she is bouncing around in limbo, with her NBC morning show starting date keeps getting pushed back farther and farther over the horizon, lol.
Since Murdock’s kids took over, Fox ain’t the same. Glad I ditched TV when Fox was still Fox. Obama/Holder spied on and tapped James Rosen, a Fox reporter, and even Rosen’s daddy’s phone and e-mail. Those were good times….but no heads rolled in the Obama Administration for illegally spying on the 4th Estate or 150,000 private American citizens. I heard the Judge on Fox Outnumbered and he said he had consulted three sources for his news the Brits did it. The Golden Rain dossier was prepared by a freelancer former MI-6 Brit. Could the Brits the Judge was talking about be some former MI-6 freelancers? Just a thought.

BradC here is a question to ponder:
The acting attorney general, Sally Yates, informed the Trump White House late last month that she believed Michael Flynn had misled senior administration officials about the nature of his communications with the Russian ambassador to the United States, and warned that the national security adviser was potentially vulnerable to Russian blackmail, current and former U.S. officials said.
No one is asking Yates who told her the details, not only about the admittedly tapped telephone from Trump Tower to the Russian Ambassador, but also the conversation between Flynn and the Vice President.
Here are the most important questions that no one is asking, how did she know what Flynn told the VP? This exchange took place in the Trump Tower, as did Flynn’s call to the Russian Ambassador.
It appears Sally Yates had some information that could only be collected by some form of electronic means unless she is physic.
No Congressperson seems to have asked that question. Do they already know, or just stupid? Very odd indeed.
Nor, have Congress and Press connected the dots if there was a national security investigation ongoing since July, how was that investigation being done? Surveillance? If so, then by the FBI Comey’s admission Trump Tower was under observation, in general terms “wiretapped” as we know from Wikileaks, the government spies can turn multiple devices into listening devices including Flynn and Prices cellphones. One explanation for how Sally Yates knew what Flynn said to the VP, someone was listening. Ooops, Trump may be right, they were being “wiretapped.”
Stay Tuned the investigation is still under way.

Russ, it is pointing more and more to Loretta Lynch as the first door to pry open. Call her “a gateway drug”. Now, whoever did the unmasking is going to lie about it, so they will say they have no evidence, especially if it was the Dark State (current of present) lying to investigators by saying they did not do it and, of course, lying to Congress when asked it they did it. What?, you think there is going to be a Perry Mason confession or something? Sessions better get a good right hand man…or woman. This is going to be a long slow trip. Two pronged investigation. One pronged for spying on a campaign and another at the unmasker(s). Ok, included Presidential phone calls to world leaders, but that is baked in the cake.
First things first. Produce the Oct. FISA declassified for all us sleuths to take a gander at. Need a name on who signed off on it. A human, not “somebody at Justice”…..blamed on the faceless bureaucracy and bureaucratic error. No way. Name the name, which will be behind door number one. If it don’t exist, then it straight to the NSA for what they have captured, and the DNI for the human side. Now, the NEA and DNI are acting like a law (and government) unto itself. That door won’t open willingly. Flynn was a huge threat to them and not one of their boys. He knew we sided with ISIS and said so.
That is but my wish investigation list. 🙂

Yep, you are right again. Actually, Benghazi did not interest me at first. Some things don’t grab my attention out the gate. Didn’t follow it until late in the game when I learned after the final hearings that Defense (Pentagon) was ready to roll and never got the green light from State to attempt the rescue mission. Hillary left by 9:00 pm, retired by 9:30pm after she e-mailed her baby girl and went to bed. She was so exhausted.
Never heard of Benghazi leaks. Guess I missed that one. Actually, it was when I was in a retired Air Force brass’s home one day and he was showing me old family photos. There was Chris Stevens playing with his son (same age, about 6-8 years old) in the yard. There was Chris Stevens at his son’s wedding being the best man. I looked at the two friends (both now deceased) that played together as boys and grew up and I put a face on the story. That is when I got pissed.
Hillary handpicked him and send him on a special mission. She left him to die and went to bed. Nothing to do with politics. Ambassador Stevens was left behind. We don’t leave our boys behind. Who knows if we could have saved him or the others in time. Hillary went to bed.
Frankly my dear, I don’t give a damn about Benghazi leaks. Thankyou for sharing, your interest, newsman.

There are written procedures to follow when an embassy or consultant is under attack. Written in advance so you have all the bases acovered and not panic. State Department handbook Not followed. It’s was so exciting in the Situation Room. It was a political decision less than 60 days from a Presidential election, IMHO. Unfit to lead. To this very day, no one knows where Obama went after he told Hillary to handle it. Next thing you know he shows up at a fundraiser in Vegas the next evening. No wonder neither one of us could vote for Obama in 2012 nor Hillary the Unfit to Lead in 2016.

Hmmm. Seems those 600 e-mails Grass Valley’s own Ambassador’ Stevens send requesting more security went nixed by Kennedy at State. Fair enough. However, those last frantic e-mails begging for help and code red urgerent went to unread to the State Department as Hillary slept in her bed after a long day at the office. Chris Stevens, the loyal trustworthy man, did not have Hillary’s private e-mail address, of which Hillary Rodham Clinton conducted all her State Department business on. What difference at this point does it matter? I can think of 4 American families to whom it mattered greatly.
I know, I know. Bernie said everybody is tired of hearing about her damn e-mails and Hillary agreed 100%.

Fox News – Trump team communications captured by intelligence community surveillance, Nunes says
Members of the intelligence community “incidentally collected” communications from the Trump transition team during legal surveillance operations of foreign targets, a top Republican lawmaker said Wednesday afternoon.
House Intelligence Chairman Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., said this produced “dozens” of reports which eventually unmasked several individuals’ identities and were “widely disseminated.”
He said none of the reports he had read mentioned Russia or Russians and he was unsure whether the surveillance occurred at Trump Tower — as President Trump has suggested. Nunes also was unsure if then President-elect Trump was captured by the surveillance, which occurred in November, December and January.
“I recently confirmed on numerous occasions the intelligence community incidentally collected intelligence,” Nunes said.
The part that is disturbing is the “widely dissemination” of the unmasked information. This was done during the Obama administration, it was the Obama team that did the unmasking and distributing the information.
So, Trump was right, he and his team were “wiretapped”, and the collectors sent some of the information to the press. This is illegal and the leaker deserves to be put in jail for 10 years.

Now that we know the intelligence community was conducting surveillance on the Trump team, could it be that they left a trail leading back to the Brits? According to Wikileaks, it was standard practice for the US spooks to use foreign spy tools that leave traces to fool investigators. This faults trail could be how the Judge got fooled about who was doing the surveillance. He should be back on Fox News real soon now!

You’d better believe the Russians have all they need to sink Trump in a days notice so it’s a win win for them.
