   True but Obama is still respected and supported for the overall job he did. the same gallop poll when asking
   this question got the following results
   “Do you approve or disapprove of the way Barack Obama is handling his job as president?”
   Yes 57%
   no 38%
   He started his Presidency with an approval rating of 74%, historically an all time high. Trump is starting with 40%, an all time low. Historically all Presidents go downhill from their first polling.

   Walt the poll that asked the question “Do you approve or disapprove of the way Barack Obama is handling his job as president? was part of the same poll you cited last night at 7:14. Both were Gallup polls using the same methodology. Follow your own link and you will see this to be true.

    Can anyone explain what the motivation is for all these poll results presentations and debates? How come no one is talking about the Big O’s accomplishments and in what shape he leaves the country and the world for his successor. What difference does it make when 54% (or whatever) like him or think he did a good job when almost all of them can find neither Afghanistan, Alabama, nor the Atlantic Ocean on the map?

    The fools think this is a horse race where even coming in third gets a payout. Hence the rig job, and downplay the voter fraud. Not once did I hear of a voting machine switch from Hillary to Trump. But plenty the other way around.

    When you have a dishonest media, how us can you get the truth out? Would you trust fake news sites like CNN or Huff-n-Puff Post to fact check John Lewis??? You expect to call a press conference 5 times a day or call the NYT 28 year old hung over reporters at 4:00 am to get his message out? Nope, if Twitter makes Trump happy, then I don’t care.
    Trump has work to do to Make America Great Again. Hey, the guy don’t drink or spend all day on the golf course, so let him have his fun kicking The Establishment in the teeth. I have grown rather fond of Trump beating the best and brightest to the punch and controlling the narrative. He is a one man rapid response team. Better than reading polls all day like some and becoming a data junkie.
    The best thing about Trump and his Twitter Machine is it showcases his terrific sense of humor.

    FYI. Listened to a good interview with the libertarian Judge Napolitano this morning. Never heard him live before. You are right. The silent one behind the scenes is playing chess while others are playing checkers. SCOTUS list of 25 down to 3. The questions Trump asked the Judge (never on the list or in the running) about his view of the Constitution would make you pleased. A team of legal scholars (volunteers) have quietly behind the scenes been studying 100s of decisions from every circuit court and the reasonings behind each and every one for months now. Expect an announcement within two weeks.
    Interesting that Trump asked about the influence of Natural Law on Justice Thomas and if Judge Nappy agreed with Scilia’s strong view that the Constitution was written as is, complete and final, and not to be altered. Trump was also curious about positive constitutions (the government should do this and that …like the Soviet and other nation’s constitutions) and negative constitutions (the gov’t shall NOT do this or that, like our constitution). Trump’s questions to Judge Nappy impressed me. Questions like so and so on the 8th or 10th circuit was confirmed 52-47 and why Judge Nappy thought it was that close. Process questions as well.
    Bottom line. Trump is a smart man, but it is The Chess Player who is bringing people in to answer Trump’s questions. Trump is leaning towards the negative Constitution set in stone, unalterable it seems to me. He also listens to opposing views just to know where they are coming from and to understand the opposition’s arguments. Thought you might be interested. Time will tell.
