   California’s budget rise is amazing. Now we are told we cannot have a overlay or a chip seal since the money is tight. Brown and the kids have had this amount and still squandered it all. But this is just the beginning. Here is the budget from 1990 to 2006. Look at the rise as the population has barely increased.

   “Maybe you could get the funds we passed a Initiative to ensure money for the roads. Whenever I ask they say OH, it is in this or that prohect. They are supposed to publish the income and outgo and where it goes every year at DOT. So maybe we could get the scoop so the people can see how they are spending that money. It was about 2-3 million per year. Anyway, after reading they are not paving or chip sealing for five years that simply is BS as the Measure F money was just for those things.”:

   He considers it an asset that because it was helping him it was ok for the Russians to interfere with an American election. Unbelievable but true.

    A Recipe for Economic Growth in the New Year

    The next step to boost the economy is a combination of low taxes, smaller government, free trade and predictable labor laws and regulations. The more of these policies the government gets right, the more economic freedom we enjoy. Kennedy and Ronald Reagan — both of whom, Kudlow and Domitrovic remind us, “identified substantially cutting income tax rates and getting the dollar strong and stable as the specific policy mix that would let the private sector, which is to say the real economy, thrive” — today’s Republicans and Democrats have forgotten the basics of prosperity.
    There’s a lot to do. Individual tax rates aren’t so high as they were in the 1960s and ’80s, but growth is stampeded by the hideous tax code’s complexity. The corporate rate is the highest of all developed nations and must be cut to boost growth. The incredible growth of regulation and its negative effect on prosperity are well-documented and require immediate attention, as do the size and scope of government.

    Paul, I’ve been an occasional Salon reader for ages but I selected Salon only because it was the most Un-GOP link in a google results return.
    Paul, you’re making a false claim… this wasn’t a case of pushing other candidates to difficult positions… this was a case of using their lickspittles in the media to push the GOP candidate Hillary wanted to run against. That’s stacking the deck and while it isn’t technically against the law, it’s arguably contrary to the spirit of free and OPEN elections.
    I didn’t say illegally rigged, I said rigged. And if it wasn’t for wikileaks, we’d not know how rigged it was.
    which is worse:
    1) Podesta & Company rigging the primary process, Democratic and Republican;
    2) Nobody in the DNC blowing the whistle on (1);
    3) Unnamed hackers anonymously blowing the whistle;
    4) Russian hackers possibly being among the (3)
    Hmmm?
    You seem focused only on 4. I’m bothered more by 1 and 2.
    Now, this is for Paul… from the beginning, no one has disputed that Russians hack everything they can. We still have no real evidence they provided the damaging information to wikileaks, that they were doing so in a jihad against Hillary, nor does it really matter as everything wikileaked was apparently all true copies of what Podesta & Friends were actually doing as they frantically were pulling the levers behind the curtain.
    In the good old days Boris and Natasha would never pass up a chance to insert lies sandwiched between a few truths. I have no expectation they’ve changed all that much.

    Thinking Russia hacked is not the same as thinking Russia did the hacking and gave wikileaks in info in a concerted attempt to denigrate Clinton while elevating Trump, Paul, and it’s the latter you keep trying to establish.
    I also think Russia hacked the DNC, and I think it’s unthinkable that Russia didn’t hack Hillary’s illegal personal server, too.
    The new twist is that the FNN (Fake News Network) is going to be at the back of the White House Bus beginning in a little more than a week, in a worse place than Fox News has been over the last eight years. I think John McCain’s brand will also be tarnished.
