Trumps Leadership is Blooming
Trump is not yet in office and he is having a major economic influence.
• Ford decided to not move car production to Mexico
• Carrier decides to keep AC production in the US
• An then this, EPA to Withdraw Coal Killing Clean Air Act Requirements
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency said it plans to voluntarily withdraw a requirement that seven Texas coal-fired power plants reduce pollution, according to a filing with a federal appeals court.
It could be that the EPA sees the hand writing on the wall and is conducting a little ass saving maneuver to delay the inevitable.

Nice to see all the exploding heads as the Dems unravel. First, we are Nazis, aka, the “Alt-right”. Next, the fake news sites, aka, the Rolling Stone fake gang rape story and CNN shouting to its viewers “Its illegal to read Wikileaks, don’t to it, you are forbidden!!!!”… ..no, they mean the Russians. What is next? Trump wants to destroy the Constitution (flag burning) or just go back where we started 8 years ago…..blame Fox News!
Obama said yesterday Dem voters were hurt by “Fox News in every bar and restaurant”….thus the explanation for My Gal’s most embarrassing loss, the most humiliating loss in memory. Boy, how much humiliation can one person take? Hmmmm.
Foundation-gate still on the back burner, but I digress. White Power, Russians, and Fox News.
Pop goes the weasel, ashes ashes, we all fall down. I am embarrassed for them. When will they stop pounding themselves on their own heads with the hammer meant for us? I cannot watch much more of this…without popcorn.
No doubt the Dems/liberals/progressively socialists/Marxists/Stalinists/Maoists have the better ideas. It’s just a messaging problem. Total meltdown. They are a slow moving train wreck….Opps, strike that. They are a fast moving train wreck.

Mr Boardman, here is some fake news from the left:
The claim:
The number of hate and bias incidents reported across the United States spiked in the 10 days following Donald Trump’s presidential election victory, according to a report released on Tuesday by a civil rights advocacy group.
The report, by the Southern Poverty Law Center, documents 867 incidents ranging from assaults to threatening graffiti messages, based on incidents reported to the group or by news media.
The facts as reported in the article:
It cautioned that it was not able to verify the authenticity of each of the claims but said it had excluded those that had been disputed by authorities or the news media.
So we have a fake news story about trending hate crimes cause by Trump’s election, but the trend cannot be substantiated with any facts.

He is a literate representative of the large constituency that is still in various phases of mourning, shock, and perhaps a bit of PTSD. To me he remains a valuable window into what half of our neighbors are thinking and, more importantly, how they reason about the world around. RR’s welcome mat is at his disposal.

Planners of President Barack Obama’s second inauguration are soliciting high-dollar contributions up to $1 million to help pay for the celebration in exchange for special access.
The changes are part of a continuing erosion of Obama’s pledge to keep donors and special interests at arm’s length of his presidency. He has abandoned the policy from his first inauguration to accept donations up to only $50,000 from individuals, announcing last month that he would take unlimited contributions from individuals and corporations.

$25k is a real bargain then, isn’t it?

The dem brand has received a big dose of change under 0, just not the change that they had hoped for. Since 2008 the dem team has lost 19% of house seats, 10% of their senate seats, 20% of state legislature seats and 36% of their governors.
An accelerating pace of decline that leaves them with less and less viable candidates for higher offices. Whig, bull moose, whatever name from the ash heap of history that fits their predicament of accelerating irrelevance will do.
CA and NY hard left pols are in control in the party of the ass and aren’t going to start listening to 0’s bitter clingers in flyover country anytime soon. 😉

Oh, Mr. Boardman is just premature for the impending arrival of the Mother of All Crashes….sometime the day after Trump is sworn in. Hay, that’s what the exsquirts are saying. They know, they know. They be smart fellars. Value investors are notorious for coming prematurely to the party as well, if that gives Mr. Boardman any consolation. Hay, I took some off the table myself. All time high, let’s put alittle in the pocket. You only lose when you sell….at the wrong time.
But, but, but, when The Big One comes (and it will come, been coming all my life), Mr. Boardman will be sitting in his safe place all smuge and then will come over here most insufferable and saying “I told yo so!”. That will be a dark day for us. Alas.

I often watch Fox News Sunday and a handful of the other sane Fox programs (especially WSJ Report, especially not Hannity or the No Spin Zone guy that spins like a top). “Megyn” is exactly the kind of newsreader that I always avoid… a snarky chatbox trying to be the news than to honestly report it.
If they can get a Tony Snow type to take her place, that would increase my Fox viewing.
