   Hillary is legally unqualified to hold any office under the United States according to United States Code -Title 18. Section 2071.
   “(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
   (b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.”

   “The torment of who or what to vote for has become unbearable. I’d considered casting mine for Johnson / Weld, until Gary Johnson demonstrated that the front end of his brain is missing. Aleppo? Wasn’t he one of the Marx Brothers? I sense that Jill Stein of the Green Party is more Social Justice Warrior than EcoWarrior, and the last thing I want is for the rest of America to become one big college campus rife with trigger warnings and micro-aggression persecutions. Vote for Trump? Not if you chained me to the back bumper of a Toyota Landcruiser and dragged me over six miles of broken light bulbs. Hillary? Make that nine miles, and throw down some carpet tacks.
   But wait a minute…! Here’s something to consider: a proposition put out by David McAlvany on his podcast last week: To Understand Election 2016 You Have to See 2020. (The new podcast is posted on Wednesdays, so to listen after Oct 5 you’ll have to click back a week.) The idea is that the winner of the presidential election is sure to be the biggest loser because the global economy is in the process of tanking, Long Emergency style, and the global finance system is going down with it. Whoever presides over this fiasco from the White House is going to be a bigger bag-holder than old Herbert Hoover in 1929.

   The carpet bombing has arrived. Just scrolled down the articles on Yahoo News and Google News. The orbits for Trump are being published at a frenzied pace as I write this. Is over! Trump is toast! Hmm. I heard the same thing during the last leg of the primaries….and after the first primary debate and the first Presidential debate as well. Believe it or don’t. We are smoking them out in the open. Can almost make out the whites of their eyes. Soon, my pretty, soon.
   Me thinks it is still way too early to call it or even predict who will be Prez on Nov. 9th. But, I feel good. Feel real good. This is just incoming. We will be blasting back on issues soon enough. Been keeping the ammo dry. Time to pull back the bedroll and grab the rifles and Peacemakers buried an couple inches deep in the sand. Now, it’s time to pull out the secret weapon. We are going to counter with the high ground and leave My Gal stuck in the mud. Welcome to my parlor said the spider to the fly. Welcome. Make yourself at home.
   50% of Hispanics want school choice/ charter schools. High on the black folks priority list as well, but no longer #1. Still up there in the top 3-4 priority. Blacks normally are about 11% of the vote. Obama bumped them up into the 12s, lowest 9, last 20 or so years 9-11%. Clinton is in the school teachers’ union back pocket….hook, line, and stinkin’ sinker. Back to 11%.
   Ron Paul is voting for Jill Stein. Obama has lost his friggin mind. He really is friggin insane. Not crazy. I believe he is legally insane to be so out of touch.
   The military got debased and demoralized even more. Sex changes open to all per our Pentegon. Vets rotting away in the corridors of the VA and our priorities are now sex changes for military personnel. Oh, that will really boost morale. Friggin insane and on purpose. Purpose is to debase, demoralized, and weaken.
   Now, that’s the facts. How about a wee bit of childish (not child like, but childish) humor to soften the blows. Hey, pull my finger, please. Pretty please.

    She is exponentially more corrupt than Spiro Agnew, makes him look like a petty crook. Just because she has not been convicted, does not mean she is not a criminal. The FBI said she broke the law but declined to file charges. That does not make her innocent.

    Now the election hinges on Trump’s taxes. Hmm. Like, how does that affect me or the voters? Obamacare certainly affects my countrymen who do not receive employer sponsored health insurance as is Obamacare unraveling before our eyes and driving up the costs for those who pay all premiums out of pocket. So do taxes and jobs for those who work and pay taxes. So does the swelling unemployed rolls and the unsustainable burden that puts on our safety nets and social services. Unchecked immigration of unskilled and uneducated workers affects younger American citizens and their chances of getting an entry level job on the resume, not to mention the actual unstainable strain it also adds upon our social services. And some wonder where all the money earmarked for fixing potholes is going. Importing techies via a legal worker visa program to undercut our middle class affects us. Purposely and knowing bringing in Islamic refugees with at least 1-3% of them being America haters and jihadists affects the security and soverinity of our nation. Jihad means “submission”. Telling me we just have to live with a few bad apple butchers brought in from distant continents affects my security and that of all our loved ones.
    Shredding the Constitution and turning the USA into a corrupt Banana Republic affects me and every American citizen. The next appointees to the Supreme Court will affect this nation for generations. Putting America last on unfair trade deals affects my fellow countrymen as well as giving away the store. That is our store that is being given away.p, our national treasure being sold to the highest bidder. Can you say Uranium?
    Boy, Hillary and the current Administration are going pedal to the metal laying the groundwork for blaming Russia for all the leaks that exposed corruption in our government and by our former Secertary of State. We have always had corruption in government, up it never stunk to high heaven like it does now. Solution: Blame Putin!
    So, it all gets down to Miss Universe Piggy 1995 and Trump’s taxes 1995. That is all the Clinton campaign, the media, acedemia, the donor class, and the ruling class has to offer? Nothing else???????????? None of that affects me or my countrymen. But putting America First does affect my country as well as the economy, security, and our future as a constitutional republic. Attorney General Lynch meeting with the spouse of the target of a criminal investigation on her plane reeks of corruption and politicalization of our laws and the defilement of Lady Justice at the highest levels of government. And to think that meeting was not supposed to ever been made public. Does that affect our nation? Yes! We are a nation of laws, not a nation of men.
    If they can illegally leak Trump’s taxes, they can illegally leak mine or yours as well. Banana Republic time.
    So, my final and only words on Trump’s taxes are as follows. I will let others do the talking for me.

    0’s impact on the warfighters can be exemplified by his choice as CNO (chief of naval operations) aka da boss and his statement to congress.
    O’s CNO thinks that ‘compromise’ in the south china seas would help with china’s ‘problematic behavior’. No mention of the ruling against China, no mention of the illegal shake and bake fortress islands bing built in others territory.
    Not only has 0 done an 8 year immitation of Chamberlin, 0 promoted paper pushers who are not war fighters and we are left holding the bag. More over the active duty may be forced to fight as a hollow force and that price is paid in blood and flesh.

    Patrick J Buchanan always has had a soft spot in my heart. Straight shooter and he always puts America and his integrity first. Always has and always will. A populist if you will. Although I disagree with Pat and Trump on their trade policies in general (too much protectionism for this free trader), I have much respect for both Patrick J. Buchanan and Donald J Trump’s vision of the bigger picture, i.e., preserving Mom, apple pie, and the Constitutional Republic for which we stand. So much more than taxes. America’s culture is on the line. Our way of life is on the line. I totally get Pat and totally get Donald. I know that type of man well. Both have that O’Reily Irish Catholic streak in them, whether Trump has a drop of Irish Catholic blood in him or not.
    Full disclosure: I am not a Catholic, but understand the “Protestant” values that is basis of our culture. Any atheist can understand and embrace our founding principles and lay hold of these cultural values as their own. “Protestant values” is used for a lack of a more genetic term and embodies hard work, personal responsibity, liberty, freedom, vigilance, giving back, law abiding, ethics, morality, etc. Bad behavior is not to be rewarded, tempered with forgiveness and mercy. Belief in justice, respect for authority and recoil from power mad control freaks and tyranny. Live and let live. Show gratitude.

In addition to atrocities, as in Mr fish’s 828am, Hillary (and Bill) have peddled favors for bribes that in similarly denominated bills would have had to be delivered on pallets. The crimes of the Clintons have life/death consequences – Lybia, emailgate, Iran agreement, Clinton Foundation, … ; and we haven’t even begun to talk about the ongoing impact of her incompetence as SecState that is now faithfully continued by the double dolt Kerry.

    VP Debate Focus Group Results
    There are 26 people taking part in the focus group during the vice presidential debate being held at Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia.
    Luntz said 21 people in the focus group think Pence won, four believe Kaine won, and three said it was a tie.
    Who won tonight’s debate?
    • Mike Pence: 21
    • Tim Kaine: 4
    • Tie/Neither: 3
    Luntz said Pence is “winning” the debate because Kaine is interrupting constantly.
    “Mike Pence is winning because Tim Kaine cannot debate like an adult without interruptions,” Luntz tweeted.
    I tried to watch but cannot stand people on TV talking over each other, I hit the mute button every time that Kaine opened his mouth, finally just hit the kill switch.

    Who won the VP Debate?
    According to the Drudge unscientific online poll it was Pence. Pence got 95.65% or 330,265 votes, as of 5:15AM this morning. Kaine got 4.35% or a little over 15,000 votes.
    One tweeter said the Kaine looked like “one of the crooks in a Batman movie.”

    I’ve never heard anyone less deserving of national office than Tim Kaine last evening.
    I’ve heard “ankle biter” and “attack chihuahua” to describe his performance and I really can’t improve on those characterizations. Given the moderator chose not to shut down his constant interruptions, I think Pence did OK in pushing past it. Pence didn’t so much win as Kaine lost.
