You looking to have the “G” men pay ME a visit? A stuffed Hillary would rain LIB hell down on me. Speaking of which(or witch)

Opening night at the fair. Just wait til the weekend. 🙂
6:52 p.m. — A caller from the hospital reported an assault victim from the fairgrounds; he did not want to file a report.
7:31 p.m. — A caller from the fairgrounds reported a person was hit in the head by a cell phone that fell from a ride.
9:22 p.m. — A caller from the fairgrounds reported a man was pushing a stroller with a speaker in it, running into people. He could not be located.
10:14 p.m. — A caller from the fairgrounds reported pushing and shoving; the parties were separated.
10:56 p.m. — A caller from the fairgrounds reported a group of juveniles fighting, with one thrown to the ground.LikeLike

Call the cops because a cell phone accident?
DAMN! I better call the sheriff before I do my target practicing so the SWAT team gets sent to my front yard.
There have been plenty of calls from city transplants who get all uptight because they heard a gun shot a half mile away.LikeLike

This weekend, is all practice for next weekend. Will be in Vegas for the “big shoot”.
I received an update on the list of shoot’n irons. The one putting on the competition are supplying all the weapons and ammo. Now there is a level playing field.
I get to try out this little baby.
http://www.keltecweapons.com/our-guns/rifle/sub-2000 – 9mm rifle
and this nice one.. To bad I can never own it.
http://cz-usa.com/product/cz-p-09-9mm-black-polymer-19-rd-mags/ – 9mm pistol
Now that I think about it, I might want to go to that gun range in vegas that lets you rent these vary weapons to get an edge on the competition.
I hope they have the guns sitting in a pail of water during the festivities.
It’s going to be one hot Mother of a day (or two)
I should go under the flag of Rough&Ready. That should get people’s attention.LikeLike

Walt….the USA wussy coach called the Swedes a bunch of cowards. Well, the “cowards” came up with the winning strategy against the more powerful and quicker team. Maybe the loser coach was talking about Swedish men, definitely not your Swedish fine female cousins. As old man Peyton Manning said after the last Super Bowl, “”It’s not about winning, it’s about refusing to lose.”

Here’s Trumps position on the origin of ISIS
“Maybe don’t go into Iraq originally. We should have never, ever gone in,” Trump, who supported invading Iraq, said at a February town hall in Bluffton, S.C. “But we did. So we made a mistake. The country made a big mistake, and started all of this horrible thing that you see taking place, including ISIS.”
So he’s blaming Bush and the Neocons not Obama for ISIS.

All the more reason to vote for Trump, Mr. Paul. It is clear to all that liberalism is a rigid ideology. A very unkind unforgiving unyielding ideology responsible for millions of deaths.
However, this is August of 2016. In August of 2016, Trump said Obama is Founder of ISIS along with his stupid sidekick Hillary Rotten Clinton. This was necessary to clarify any misunderstandings that previous statements might have caused. It is fair to say that Trump feels that going into Iraq was bad, but withdrawing our troops from Iraq the way Obama did was worse. The vacumn caused by Obama created ISIS.

Hillary is a NeoCon, so Paul was half right.

PaulE 1124pm – since ISIS didn’t exist before Obama, and the mid-east roilings along with the west’s retreat from Islam existed way before Bush2, then how far back along the causal chain do you want to go Paul? Why stop at Bush2? Wanna draw a line to FDR? How about back to Wilson and the League of Nations that made a mess of the mid-east after the collapse of the Ottoman Empire at the end of WW1?
You do seem to have a nervous tick whenever you can point anything back to Bush2, the man who you and yours saw inherit a veritable global Shangri-la when he stepped into the Oval Office 😉LikeLike

Hunter S. Thompson tripping out on LSD-25 and fixating on a R.L. Crabb masterpiece? Wonder why Mr. Thompson whipped out the ole Equalizer and blasted the artwork to Kingdom Come…for fun? That is heavy, man. Guess we will never know the motivation.
To be fair, did like it when Hunter was in the campaign press corpse and wrote about dropping acid with Richard M. Nixon on the plane between campaign stops. He had a vivid imagination and took the term “artistic license” to uncharted territory.
What we all need about now is some fun with this campaign. Know any “short circuit” jokes? Hillary swinging on a stripper’s pole or Trump tossing adorable puppies out of his 757 at 20,000 feet. Hillary is saying no way to Air Force One if she wins because it’s only a 747. She wants one like Trump’s.LikeLike

This one is for Paul… the zip app poll has Trump winning nationally by 64%/36%, and in California it’s Trump 55%, Hill 45%.
http://www.usatoday.com/story/tech/2016/08/13/app-maker—trump-win-election/88640044/
Not a scientific poll, of course. No idea if respondents are registered to vote or are telling the truth, but, after the blistering attacks on Trump supporters, including a recent battery with a crowbar on a guy for being in public with Trump logowear, how does any pollster know Trump supporters are not pulling their leg claiming to be a Hillary supporter, or voting for Nun of the Above? If I were a Trump supporter, I’d do it. As it is, I have gotten polling phone calls and I just don’t participate; if there are any Luddite Trump supporters reading this, talk to the pollsters and tell them you’re undecided or with Hillary… it’s what they want to hear.
The anonymous poll suggests a Trump landslide. Something to think about.LikeLike

To be fair and balanced, the chant ” lock her up, lock her up” at the DNC is now being blamed on Trump as he promotes violence. You can’t make this stuff up. Trump telling his rabid rally goers that if it was anybody but Hillary, she would be in jail and she belongs there. Oh my. New PC rules: calling for someone to be put in jail is violent speech since the DNC Freak Show. Can’t say it. Trump promotes violence!
“Lock her up, lock her up.” Oh, I would have loved to tie the old bandana around my head again and jumped in with the crowd on the streets of Philly and joined them in “Lock her up, lock her up”, if only for a half hour. i am stuck in Blue California so my vote does not matter anyway…..LikeLike

No place to put this post from a preeminent physicist, Steven Koonin, on climate change issues, hosted by Dr. Judith Curry on her blog:
He states that alarmistthinking rests upon credence in projections of future climates by models that today are demonstrably not up to the task and upon an unsupported conviction that the net benefits of mitigating greenhouse gas emissions outweigh the net benefits of increasing access to affordable, available, and reliable energy for the majority of the world’s people. We can expect that in the coming decade climate observations will become more precise and complete, that understanding and projections of the climate will improve, and that putative anthropogenic impacts will (or will not) become less uncertain, despite the current IPCC’s ill-supported assertion of 95% confidence. Further, we can expect that future societies will be more resilient and that there will be benefit to taking the time to develop better technologies that can slow or even reverse growing GHG concentrations, should that be needed. All of this to say that SPSK’s certainty can be credibly questioned. In any event, all actions beyond “no regrets” will have drawbacks (by definition) so that these caveats must be folded into anyone’s risk/benefit calculation, which will further suffer the essential subjectivity of the choice of long-term discount rate.
https://judithcurry.com/2016/08/14/some-comments-on-neoskepticism/
In other words, chances are good the data they are using is wildly wrong and real damage is done to people by forbidding their access to cheap energy sources.LikeLike
-
re Gregory’s 152pm – Koonin called out both bad data and bad models that continue to be used today by the know-nothings to promote climate hysteria that is the prime driver for achieving the objectives of Agenda21. While not a new observation, it is a needed one to be repeated as often as the Left continues to pass calamitous climate calamity legislation.
