Road rage, uncivil tongues, etc. across the board, coast to coast, all political spectrums, urban to rural, all colors, creeds and income levels. You are not telling me you are still living in that bubble on campus, are you???
Sure, I could be a very sad itty bitty blood vessel of my former self, a big lower lip head hung low wormy come the day after. No biggie, been there before. And you will going ape poking your finger in my eye like a Three Stoggies routine. You will be insufferable at best, a total annoyance at a minimum. Sure, one never knows.
However my fellow vagabond, I know something you don’t know and I ain’t gonna tell ya.
Let’s just say I have not been dealt a Royal Flush or even a full house. But my two pair will beat your two pair when it’s time to call and show ’em what you got. At that moment we shall join as good friends and we will walk together down the sunny side of the street and that is when you are placed in the stocks in the public square. Walt and Don and Mr. Gregory, and Fish (of course) and heck, maybe even Mr. Kesti will show up with those round tubs with rope handles full of water balloons.
Then I will pay the local youth twenty bucks for the first one to break one on your face. Shoulders and necks and top of the head do not count. Oh, the young adults will be trying and trying and trying to get that Jackson from me. It will be a challenge to them and they will try even harder….too bad the water balloons will be under inflated. Gotta throw them really really hard and with much velocity to break…but they will succeed…..eventually.
At that moment you will not longer live in a bubble nor be a happy pilgrim in life walking down the sunny side of the street. You, by good man, will look around and suddenly the veil will be lifted from your eyes and you will realize that your are an alien on a lonely and hostile planet. Better get Your Gal together. Last one across the finish line is a rotten egg!

Dozer is just a troll and trying to keep the pot stirred. No one cares what he says. Interestingly, Paul Emery and Dozer have consistently posted polls when there ox is ahead. Now the troll Dozer makes fun of them since Trump is ahead. And of course what does a troll have to say anyone cares about anyway?
Pence is a budget guy. He also has executive experience and he is conservative. He implemented Indiana as a “right to work” state. These things scare the crapola out of liberals. But the people will be voting for or against Trump and Hillary, not their running mates.

Pence will not matter, that I agree. Least baggage of the 3 finalists- the other 2 would have everyone in Dem circles licking chops for the kill. Pence’s main accomplishment as Governor was cozying up to the religious right to discriminate against the LGBT folks, and days later folding like a cheap tent.

Dozer, perhaps you can find a couple examples of where We the People are more united, more bridge building well under construction , more healing going on during the last 8 years, aka, since Obama.
