Return my love, Bessee and answer my questions, will ya? Have you ever had a little problem in Nevada County concerning an entire children`s soccer team, which resulted in a conviction? And numerous restraining orders filed against you, all granted? Or more? And what about your bathroom video? Did your wife assist you in that masterpiece? Or was your camera “Hand Held” with your other hand?

Joe.sixpack 1113pm – Mr sixpack, I have no idea who you are, but every reader here knows that you are behaving like some low-life sniping from a back alley. Your allegations about Mr Bessee have no bearing on any topic discussed on this blog. And if you believe them to be news and of interest to anyone else, then you should contact The Union and other media outlets that you think would disseminate anything material behind your allegations. Your current comment thread is less than productive, and should you insist on continuing it, you will be missed around here.

    Your money quote:

To the man in makeup. Don bessee I love your idea on how to stop the bho labs. But how are you going to stop those same butane cans from being sold in Placer and surrounding areas that are not hundred of miles away. And here is the biggest issues with your idea and hold on to your makeup chair, bho can be made with propane. You gonna have the gas stations stop selling it too. Smh

At the risk of being accused of seeing 500 lb ghosts behind every post I have to wonder if joe.sixpack isn’t really jeff.sixpack? “Mr. Boundaries” has a penchant for pawing through the public records and then waddling back and breathlessly informing both his real readers, that would be me and Van ….no Chip…..yeah Chip Wilder….(still not convinced that Bruce Levy isn’t just a really strident Muppet) that he’s discovered the “real dirt™” after “digging deeper™”.

That is not an unreasonable point. Equally applicable to the fallacy of effective gun control in an allegedly free society.

“I can’t believe this is real,” Jazmine Perez, a University of Washington student and director of programming for student government, told the Seattle Times. “One of the first things that comes mind is objectification and idealization of Western beauty, which are values I would like to believe the University doesn’t want to perpetuate. As a student of color who looks nothing like the student in the poster, this feels very exclusive.”

They could pass a law limiting the amount of butane cnnnisters that could be purchased at once. Who needs a case of butane? I would hope that would slow them down, but knowing human nature, they would probably find a work-around solution which is oftentimes worse.
Walt (or was it Fish) mentioned that growers “didn’t follow the rules” hence the new ordinacne . Think about this, according to the Sheriff, there are several thousand grow sites but only 300 complaints were filed, and of those, 112 sites were eradicated. (Complaints from the previous season were comparable – there wan’t an tick from the previous season.) That means the large marjoirty of growers were following the rules.
This ordinance is a major overrraction and will hurt some of the most vulnerable patients in our County. Then there is this: I got a call from a non-cannabis grower who received a “demand letter” from the NCSO to make an appointment for an inspection because he has a greenhouse for veggies. Another vote for our side!

As for those canisters,, ID the buys, log the serial numbers off the cans, 10 day waiting period, and background checks, and no buying over the internet.
Hell! I was in Kmart the other day, and some guy was buying up ALL the large vacuum seal bags just before closing time. Now… I wonder what those were needed for? The indoor crop came in? For “medical” needs only….. uh,, right?

While we’re outlawing butane bottles, let’s register folks who buy irrigation drip tubing. It is well known that hippies use a lot of the stuff for growing weed. For the uninformed, honey oil can be just as easily made from propane, acetone, and CO2. Google THC extraction. Only after you get a wee bit informed should you be petitioning our constitutional sheriff to outlaw butane bottles. Your laundry list of prohibited consumer goods needs to be quite a bit more inclusive.

    Big trouble for the Pubbsters
“More than 60 percent of the American public has an unfavorable opinion of the Republican Party, an increase from last fall and the highest that the party’s negative rating has been since 1992.
Sixty-two percent of Americans have an unfavorable impression of the GOP compared to 33 percent who view the party favorably, according to a Pew Research Center study released Thursday. That’s a more negative image of the party than in October, when there was a split of 58 percent unfavorable to 37 percent favorable.
“American opinion of the Democratic Party, meanwhile, stayed about the same: 45 percent view the party favorably and 50 percent unfavorably.”

GB- Normally don’t feed the trolls, but its no secret I had a mutual restraining order with the financial fraudster who killed our cat to keep us quiet about dirty money antics peripherally related to the Real Estate fruads that ran rampant in the county some years ago.
As to sixpack the only thing even remotely connected to reality is that yes I used a laser pointer to shoo away a vehicle that was acting weird at 3 in the morning. That was back in the bad old days when we had a person in a sniper suit with a gun try and get on the property and we had a standoff, that is all on digital video from our security system. The court reformer days were very interesting indeed.
The rest of sixpacks screeds are BS.

that are soon to be passed, yet none will do jack shit to lower the crime rate.
Have you made that move out of state yet? Let me know what the building regs. are up there.
Can you replace a rotted board on your house without a permit? (Ca. requires that)

    Walt 11:32.
I believe background checks and a minor waiting period prior to gun purchases are probably common sense things to do . . . though it’s hard to point to any real data that shows they make any difference in gun crime rates. I also believe a ban on lead shot while hunting in wetlands (where waterfowl ingest gravel along with lead pellets to grind their food) and a ban on lead in condor habitat is reasonable. Other than that I’m hard pressed to see how ANY other firearms regulations make a whit of difference outside of politics. Folding stocks, pistol grips, suppressors, and banana clip regs . . . pure feel good shit for the hard left.

  45. Walt Avatar

Mr.S.,, Yes background checks are reasonable. A waiting period? (Ca.’s has been deemed unconstitutional.) Yup, until the background check is done, and for new gun owners.
It make no sense for people like you and me. We already have one if there was a plan to go do harm.
As for lead shot and “green bullets”, How come it’s pretty much only Ca.? I gave up hunting a long time ago with the ever changing state regs. All those reg,s are to curtail
hunting, and it’s done a fine job. All that money lost that funded Fish and Game.
Speaking of shooting, I just signed up for a national match for non professional shooters.
