[Apologies; it’s past the time for fresh sand. A correspondent sent me this one-liner seen on a t-shirt: "liberalism: moochers electing looters to steal from the producers!" Now some of our readers are of the zero-sum variety and maintain that it’s the 1% who steal from the 99%. And that keeps the country destitute, causes foreigners to spurn coming here, and gives rise to the long lines of Americans clamoring to emigrate to greener and socially more just pastures. gjr]

Messrs Kesti and Juvinall – I suggest Sierra Dragon’s Breath as an appropriate site on which to go over all of your sexual problems, simple and otherwise 😉

Not to worry, Dr. Rebane, as I did not intend to dignify Todd’s question with an answer.LikeLike

Another fine example of what Progressives have done.

Progs won’t begin to be happy until that number is “4 out of 5”. Count on the number going up in Ca. when the new minimum wage takes full effect. It’s called the law of unintended consequences. (but just maybe it IS intended.)LikeLike

ToddJ 152pm – A good invite we should have offered earlier. The dinner is all sold out for tonight. See you there.

Dr. R, After another fine day toiling in the vast right wing conspiracy I am getting cleaned up right now to mix with the civilized company at the NCRP Spring dinner which is indeed sold out. This year it is themed to Honor our Law Enforcement leaders. NCPD, GVPD, CHP, Sheriff and Truckee PD. Great kick off for the transition to high tempo campaign operations. See ya there gang!

Had a leisurely chat today with a fellow I’d had a passing connection with in recent days… turns out he’d been a Swift employee for over 20 years, including The Union during the FUE’s not brief enough tenure. He didn’t report to Jeffie but did have to interact, and once he got chuckles over my insights into the man’s psyche, he let loose with his own stories.
Jeff as a narcissist rang true to him, as did the guess that Jeff fully expected to be running the place once the rubes were put in their place. “Wow, you really know the guy!” was uttered more than once.
It’s nice to get validation.LikeLike

I mean sure jeffy attempts mockery with an endless juvenile string of LOL’s but he would never…..cross his heart and hope to die ever let fly with a ROFLOL like a mere commoner.

Who’s Gregory Goodknight? An “independent software engineer at my place.” https://www.linkedin.com/in/greg-goodknight-6466466?authType=NAME_SEARCH&authToken=JlLk&locale=en_US&srchid=136229041461470309443&srchindex=1&srchtotal=2&trk=vsrp_people_res_name&trkInfo=VSRPsearchId%3A136229041461470309443%2CVSRPtargetId%3A19503126%2CVSRPcmpt%3Aprimary%2CVSRPnm%3Atrue%2CauthType%3ANAME_SEARCH

I’d say I hit the target, and it really was fun to run into a peer of his who was happy to chat. Eventually, the FUE may figure out his attempts at hitting me aren’t bothering me. If people follow the links and read about me, I’ve no worries.
The hours are great and I get to work on what I want to work on.
An independent software engineer at my place is, to me, a far better job then being the publisher of a “magazine” that local libraries won’t touch whose purchase price says it all.LikeLike

Guilty as charged. I blame stubby digits.LikeLike

Here is an unlikely (controversial?) solution, considering what we have been conditioned to expect, what we have been told by the Left, and what is considered by some a basic right. Interesting, but it will never fly, albeit I do pay cash for the discount and tell the doc I am uninsured for the small stuff, insured for other visits. Don’t really matter for those with high deductibles and cheaper to say uninsured. Even at the RX, depending on the script. Saves him paperwork and the staff likes it. The big stuff I run through insurance, but that is just the way I roll.

Administrivia – Yes, the italics were due to Mr fish failing to include the slash in the italics terminator at the end of his 907pm. He has been known to do that once or twice in the past 😉
FYI, the fresh, clean 24apr16 sandbox is now open for business. Apologies for the tardiness.LikeLike

Walt @ 133pm – I checked out the link in your post. Did you read this, “The number has remained relatively steady since the Bureau of Labor Statistics started tracking this data since 1995”?
Meanwhile, the Republican Party is going cannibal and eating its own. Are the Progressives responsible for that as well – impressive bunch, those pesky Progressives.LikeLike

Yes…..curse of the clumsy digits! Fortunately one of your neighbors, in this instance, a certain 600 lb. Sierra Foothills rabbit (queruntur corporosus) was on the case promptly!LikeLike
