Ms Melinda Monaghan, member of CABPRO’s board of directors, sent me a copy of the 25feb14 letter the board mailed to its membership.  As most readers are aware, CABPRO has been going through some serious internal struggles for control between its Board of Directors and Mr Chuck Shea, its recent Executive Director.  Both the Board – consisting of directors Kirk Pharis (chairman), Kim Janousek, Melinda Monoghan – and Mr Shea claim to have legitimate control of CABPRO.  Mr Shea has filed suit to promote his claim.
