   Did you see this in the BOS Agenda?
   Prioritization of projects for FY 2011 federal appropriations requests
   Per your Board’s direction on January 26, 2010, the following FY 201 1
   have been submitted to Senator Dinnne Feinstein’s Office: federal appropriations requests
   • Nevada County Cormected wireless middle-mile broadband infrastructure $13.5 million
   • Loma Rica lndustrial Park altemate access route $1.25 million
   • Combie Road Widening from SR 49 to lmkeshore Drive $1.45 million
   As a follow-up to that action, staF been advised that the yrojects need to be given a priority order.
   ‘ Fwill accept this information aAer thelr stated due date of Febmary 5* 2010.

   The last bit should read:
   As a follow-up to that action, staff been advised that the projects need to be given a priority order.
   Senator Feinstein’s staff will accept this information after thelr stated due date of Febmary 5* 2010.

   Therefore, we request the Board decide on the project priorities, and direct the Board staff to indicate the priorities on the FY 201 1 appropriations request to Senator Feinstein’s office.

   The copy software did not work very well.
