George (the Banned) Rebane

Slate has published a report about the LA flagship controlling the content of the blogs it serves.  This is another step down the path that MSM newspapers are taking toward oblivion (a related story on NC Media Watch).  Our beloved Onion just bans individuals (e.g. moi) and has yet to plumb these depths.  For our community’s sake I hope they don’t follow the example of this Big Brother of the nation’s daily rags.  The times they are a’changin’ (pun intended).
